Chapter 30

Everything felt heavy right now. I started walking away from the park and went to the high way to called a taxi but before I get in somebody grab my arms and pulled me into a hug. He motioned the taxi driver to go.

"Ssshhh. Calm down." he said while caressing my hair. I shook my head. How can I calm down if my parents are one of the passengers to the said plain crash? How can I calm down knowing that Devon's brother died and I don't even know how was my parents are right now?

The moment Ryssi and Bon's number is out of coverage, the blood stains in Acrisius' shirt are all because they are the one who brought my parents to the hospital. I was talking to Devon the time they called me to inform about what happened to my parents. The authorities can't contact my number that's why they called Acrisius because his number is one of the VIP in my Mom's contract list.

Thanks to that man. He's so responsible for taking care of my parents. I really felt bad right now when I remember how he acted earlier. I'm so insensitive not to see that he's in hard time because of my parents. After taking care of my parents sa ganoong paraan niya pa ako makikita. I and Bon are heading to the hospital. I can't stop crying and I keep on praying that they are okay. I keep on convincing my self that everything will be alright. "Here." he said and held a bottled water.

He opened the door for me and I quickly run inside the hospital then rush to the emergency room. I opened the curtains in each bed if my parents are one of them but I didn't saw any of them. After a couple of minutes I saw him walking towards me. "Breath." he said when he reached me. "Nakauwi na sila kanina pa daw. They're fine." he said and let me sit on one of the chairs. I get my phone and dialed my Mom's number.

She said they are completely fine and just taking some rest. I felt relief now and I thank Bonjour for accompanying me here. If he's not here maybe I already fainted.

We drove to the near Starbucks and he ordered caramel macchiato, turkey & basil pesto and held it to me but I don't really have appetite. I still kept on processing what was just happened right now. Everything is like a nightmare and I wish this day didn't exist.

We catch up some fresh air in the park near my house and talk a little about coming back to the school the following days. I felt exhausted, imagine first day of the year ganto bubungad sa'akin. I just really hope that the next days that are coming went nicely.

After I bid a goodbye to Bonjour I quickly enter inside our house and checked on my parents. They're watching and I saw tito Jero's head had a bandage while my Mom looked completely fine aside from a small wound on her arms. I went to their back and hugged them.

"I miss you!" I exclaimed and tighter my hugs, I heard them chuckled. "Did we made you worried?" Mom asked.

"Of course, Ma. I almost fainted in the hospital." I replied and I heard them laughed. I'm so happy to see them okay. At the end of this day may maganda pa ring nangyare so yeah we should keep going cause life goes on.

"Kumain na po ba kayo?" I asked while getting upstairs. They said no so I decided to take a bath first and cook for them. Bigla ko tuloy na miss si Aiver. I hope he enjoyed his Christmas vacation. Napangiti ako sa kawalan, everything will be okay I said to my self.

After taking a quick shower I went to the kitchen and look for anything to cook. I prepared pork chops and chicken stew to warm their stomach and also I'm craving for a soup because it's kind of cold now due to the rain. I saw a banana cake and doughnuts inside our ref so I also served it in our table.
