Somewhere in England, in a world unknown by a world that is, two figures made their way through a small wizarding village. A woman of clear tan skin was walking with the air of unrivaled grace, her beauty causing those who they passed to stop and stare, ogling her. Her long golden hair flowed smoothly down her back like a mane, golden curls seeming to shine in the sun. She wore a fine tailored red dress that nearly reached the ground, and red heels that clacked against the cobblestones of the street. She had sharp eyes that were fiercely taking in her surroundings, dark eyes encasing any light that met them. Standing close to her side was a boy, sharing the women's fine features, his golden feathered curls like a mop atop his head were just as radiant. His face was soft, his skin tan like his mothers as if the two were kissed by the sun. His own eyes, a light shade of violet, scanned all the things around him with interest, taking in the appearance of the witches and wizards that gaped at him back. They were old and young, and dressed oddly, their hats were pointy hats and their robes were long and made of different colors. They looked like the wizards he would see in his old picture books, but those were more fantastical, painting wizards in a more animated light. The ones he was seeing with his eyes were like that, or he just wasn't seeing it.

He himself wore a black sweater vest with a short black mantle cloak with golden lining that wrapped around his shoulders, and fell past his back to the black trousers he wore.

The boy was Alaxandr Prince, a young wizard from the most prominent family in the wizarding world, finally being introduced to society, and the woman he stayed close to was Cerella Prince (née Black), a powerful witch, and the boy's mother. The two were out in Diagon Alley, like all young wizards and witches were when they began their start upon the magical world. The boy's face was plain, the excitement a twelve year boy would normally have from finally visiting such a place was absent. He had experience with magic since before he could walk or talk, and there was nothing about the art he wasn't somewhat familiar with. As they walked, a few passersby and people standing to the side took notice of them, recognizing just who they were as the whispers started.

"Is that who I think it is?" one whispered to a man.

"Look at that crest. The son of Validan Prince, I've never seen him before," another said.

The two had an energy about them that radiated elitism with how they kept their chins high and posture straight. They eyed no one, and were on a mission or sorts for Alaxandr, for it was a special day for him.

"You know, you could look a little happy, it wasn't so long ago when you were begging to attend Hogwarts," the blonde woman said as she looked down to her son. The boy simply stayed quiet to himself as he continued to walk.

"Oh, are you still pouting Alaxandr? You shouldn't bottle your emotions on something that's been resolved, we wouldn't want that sweet face of yours breaking out now do we," she said.

The boy finally looked up to her, a reflection of herself looking back up to her, "I'm not pouting, I'm just thinking is all," Alaxandr said, his voice soft.

"Oh, thinking about what?" she asked.

He tilted his head as he looked around the wizarding village, the sun peaking over the tall buildings, cutting into the windows, and water puddles, the noise of the busy streets with people passing him by. There were shops in every direction, full of magical oddities that captured his eyes and interest, and he wanted to visit them all, but he didn't have much time.

"Mainly about the kind of people who are going to be at the school. I read Hogwarts a History a few times now, but experience is always better, as father would say," he said.

"I told you before, you'll be with kids around your age, some older. You'll be able to meet all sorts of people, also, your cousin Draco attends Hogwarts so you'll have him there as well, to help you," his mother said as reassurance.
