"Almost done with work for the day...A refreshing juice from the Tavern sounds so good after a long day of work...Yeah that would be great! I wonder if my big sister has finished her work yet, she always overworks herself..." Barbra thought to herself. With this in mind, once she finished her work, she began to head over to the Tavern.

The sky was a dark blue, with beaming, golden, stars that made her smile. The chilly winds were also present, but she didn't mind them, in fact it blew around leaves that made her feel at peace. She then heard the strumming of a lyre in the distance, it was a bard sitting on the fountain ledge. The bard had his back facing her, but she made out his green cape and his hat, along with his black hair. She also saw his white sleeves whenever he played certain notes, and before she knew it, she was standing just a few inches away from the bard.

Music had always drawn Barbra in, it was soothing, but now that she realized just how close she got that it may come off as inappropriate. She went in front of him, and looked at where he placed his ever so pale hands, watching with awe. She had also noticed how he wore a brown corset and a white blouse with green shorts and white tights. The bard was deep in thought, closing his eyes whilst playing, and didn't even sense the presence of this girl that had come to watch. He finished his song and looked up to see the girl, she wore a white dress and had her blonde hair in pigtails. He could also recognize her attire and noted she was most likely from the church. The bard greeted her with a smile, it was a sweet smile and only had the purest intentions.

"Hello there! Could I interest you in another song?" The bard asked

"Oh, if it's not too bothersome that would be delightful! Your playing is so nice, it can melt the heart with just the right song...But I feel like it'd be rude to just ask for another, please accept these 500 mora for another song!" Barbara replied, holding out 500 mora.

Venti took the 500 mora and giggled, "Of course payment is always appreciated, thank you for your compliments! Ehe!"

The bard then put the mora in a little bag he held in his pocket, then once more began to strum a mesmerizing song for Barbara. Once the song was finished the bard began to stand and put away his lyre, looking Barbara.

"I hope you enjoyed it! It is always a bard's duty to please their audience!"

Barbara nodded with excitement, "I enjoyed it very much! Thank you for the music, it was lovely!"

"Im glad that you found it enjoyable, do you need any assistance getting to your next destination? I'd be glad to help!"

"Oh I'm just going to the Tavern to get a refreshing juice beverage! Would you like to come along, perhaps we can talk more about our love for music!"

There was a silence until she got a bit of pink in her cheeks from embarrassment, feeling like she just made things awkward. "That is if you would want to! Who am I kidding that's a silly idea, I'll be off now!"

"Actually joining you would be nice! After all I do typically go to the tavern at night, and it's be nice to share my esteemed tunes with a fellow music lover!" The bard couldn't help but smile, music was the one thing he knew that he would never leave behind.

The two began to walk together to the Tavern, sharing excitement over their love for music. They stood in front of the Tavern, and Venti opened the door for Barbara. The two sat at the counter, and chatted away while waiting for Diluc to get their orders.
