Venti POV: I woke up on such a soft bed, but yet I felt someone next to me...Was it Zhongli? No...the hand in my own isn't his...I'm scared to open my eyes, who is it? Who is it that is sleeping beside me? I opened my eyes to see long blonde hair trailing on the bed sheets, I looked at the sleeping goddess there to realize it was her. How did she get here? I don't remember anything from last night, I was in a drunken state...Is she awake? No, her eyes are still closed...She looks so peaceful, her silent breaths...How I...Love her...This beautiful goddess...Do I deserve her, am I the right one to cherish her? I put my hand on her cheek, smiling gently, and kissed her forehead before getting up. I went into the washroom and changed into my clothes other than the cape and shoes...I also decided to let me long white wings show, it has been a while since I've seen them, hasn't it? I met Zhongli in the kitchen, he was making some food for us all.
"Zhongli...How did Barbara get here?"
"Oh, little brother...I sensed her presence on my lands and so I went searching for her. Once I found her wandering the streets I brought her here."
"Oh."
He chuckled at me and patted me on the head, I must say he's gotten much nicer from the last time I saw him. I giggled and tried to swat his hand away in a joking manner, this moment makes for a good memory...
Barbara POV: Hm...Did he get up before me? I rubbed my eyes as I sat up, then found clothes sitting on the chair in the corner of the room. It was this gorgeous blue dress with flower embroidery on it

, I am nervous to put it on though...I haven't worn any outfit in public other than my deaconess one...I put it up to myself then went into the washroom to change as it had a lock. It would be rather embarrassing if anyone came in the room whilst I was mid changed after all. I brushed my hair and was going to put it up into pigtails but I decided to simply let it fall down onto my shoulders. I was rather happy in this outfit, it felt like I had more control and was free from work. I put my hand on the doorknob, hesitating to turn it. But I knew I needed to, and so I began to open the door and saw Venti...But he has these giant pair of wings, oh how gorgeous and fluffy they look. I've never seen them before, but I hope to see them more often if that is what is true to him.
"Good morning!"
The two sitting at the table looked at me as I walked over and Venti pulled the chair out for me. He seemed to have looked away, was he nervous?
"Ah Good morning Barbara, did you have a good rest? I see you put on the dress I had left you."
"Yes it was a very good rest, also I must say this dress if beautiful...Venti..."
I put my hand on his, hoping to get his attention.
"How was your rest?"
He didn't seem to look at me, but I did see his mouth opening.
"It was good."
"Your wings are gorgeous, I wish I could have a pair!"
He looked at me with a pink face as his wings puffed up a little.
"Oh- Ehe, they're a little hard to maintain...I'm not too sure if you'd want a pair of it meant a lot of hard work at preparing them."
"You make a fair point, but they just look so fluffy...Are they truly fluffy?"
"Oh I don't really touch them so I wouldn't trust my word for it..."
I giggled as I looked at his hair, it wasn't braided, I loved how it flowed. Zhongli got up, getting the food from the stove. He set the plates and dished us some food as well as a glass of water.
"Thank you for the meal Zhongli, you've been ever so nice to me!"
"It is my pleasure, I do enjoy having guests over. Now, now little brother, what do we say?"
Venti looked the side, maybe he was embarrassed that Zhongli calls him that.
