A silky voice proceeded to narrate the most boring story in history for the 100th time. Tang, a fanboy, a great story teller, and unfortunately.... your friend.

"Rising from the netherworld, the Demon Bull King attacked!"

Tang began to describe the devastation, suffering, and terror that Demon Bull King had caused. With his hooves and gigantic axe, he smashed the village to bits.

"No one could stop him. No one could resist. No one except... the legendary Monkey King!"

Wow, the dramatic entrance. Everyone loves the story (including you) until they made it dramatic, as if it were a story straight from heaven.

Tang continued by summarizing the ultimate battle. Monkey King has a tiny staff, whereas Demon Bull King has a huge ass axe. Guess who's winning? Yep! The tiny staff comes out on top!

Monkey King proceeds to attack Demon Bull King and continues to win every attack he throws.

"The Monkey King used his magical staff to pick up a nearby mountain. He trapped the Demon Bull King underneath it. The Monkey King sealed the mountain with the staff that no other being could wield, trapping the Demon Bull King forever. With the battle won, the Monkey King vanished, never to be seen again.."

"Legend says that the staff still lies on top of that mountain. The one thing keeping our world from certain destruction. And with the Demon Bull King gone," Tang's voice was changed with yours, as you took turns on telling the story, "Civilization was able to advance into the amazing city we now live in! A world of elegant cultures, gentle loving people, a city brimming with five star cuisine, and all because of..."

You and Tang exchanged glances before grinning at MK, "The Monkey King!"

"Aughh!! That's so good!" MK tossed his red book into the air, which landed neatly on your palm, "Monkey King's so cool! He's so strong and handsome."
