Yuzhou just hummed in response while thoroughly packing her belongings, compared to the simian beside her, who threw everything into his luggage without arranging it up first.

"We're not really going on vacation, are we?" Jin questioned in hushed tone so that only he, his twin, and Yuzhou could hear the conversation.

For several minutes, Yuzhou remained silent, her attention focused on thinking. But then, she responded with a nod, which caused Jin and Yin to exchange worrisome glances.

"But... You have no reason to be worried. I only need the two of you to remind me of this place," Yuzhou chuckled bitterly, casting nostalgic glances to her surroundings as if she was leaving this location forever.

The demon twins, however, shook their heads as Yin boldly intervened, "No! We'll be the ones to safeguard you, Dian Xia Jiu Yuzhou. Even if we are demons out to kill the Monkie Kid and Monkey King, we will never let anything hurt you."

"Yeah! Also, we promised your granddaughter that we would protect you!" Jin continued, reassuringly squeezing Yuzhou's shoulder.

Unfortunately, her response to Jin's touch was a stern scowl, which made Jin immediately put his hand away. She then sighed and turned to face Monkey King, who was giving her an understanding glance before the two of them closed their luggage.

"You two seriously plan to go on a vacation? Wait a second. Gram Jiu, why do you have to leave too?!"

MK's whine was heard from behind, forcing the two legends to turn around, only to see MK's eyes in tears dramatically while you were on your knees with a dejected look on your face.
