10) The meet

Sohail's POV :-

"Mum , going for football..."

"When will you be back?"

"Half an hour or so.."

"Better be back on time.."

"Kay.."

Football was just an excuse..

An excuse to meet my apartment - best buddy..

He was an amiable , fun-loving and just plain awesome..

So we never actually played football!

We talked!

You must we're such girls!

We never got time to catch up with each other , so we hung out like this..

He knew Sasha too!

I introduced them to each other when she came over to my place..

And he knew I loved her since the beginning of the year!

And we would mostly talk about her itself..

A tall , dark guy with a crooked nose came running towards me and gave me a slap on the back..

"Hi Jeet!"

"What's up bro?"

"Sasha's coming over this weekend!"

"What? That's awesome man!"

I gave him a smirk!

"I'll murder you if you don't apologize to her!"

"Woah!

But I've to do much more than make ammends.."

"You're gonna tell her to come back , like as in , go out with you?!"

 "That's what I thought.."

"You gotta be kidding me dude!

After what you told her - 'I thought you said we were friends' thing , 

I think you should give her some more time...

She might still be pissed!"

"Buh..

Kay , I 'll see about it later.." I frowned..

"Hey! It'll all be okay! Don't worry!

She loves you , you know that now..." 

"I made such a big mistake , bro.."

"I am gonna agree on that one , unfortunately.."

"What if she's too angry and has already given up on me?"

He frowned at me..

"C'mon now , don't be such a pessimist.."

I frowned back..

Strolling through the park and talking about her made me feel so good..

Though I didn't know why! 

I guess I liked that gal so much..

"Okay man  , gotta go!"

"Yeah , Jeet! cya!"

I walked back home with a heavy heart..

She might still be pissed!

Give her some more time!

It made me feel so bad..
