5: Damn, Damn, Damn

Nico's POV... Friday, June 5, 2022

I arrived at the office fifteen minutes early because I need to pick up a few files that I forgot to get earlier for my business trip to Paris, France tomorrow. While in my office, I checked a few emails and replied to the most urgent ones. For some reason, I was nervous when I entered the elevator heading back down to my car.

It felt like my heart stopped beating in my chest when I walked outside and saw Kaleah leaning against her car in a black dress that should be illegal for her to wear out in public. I became instantly jealous of the piece of iron metal because I wished that it was me that her backside was pressed up against. The dress accentuated her big perky breast and a tiny waist that lead down to an ass that was every man's fantasy, well, at least it was mine anyway.

Transferring my eyes to what, I thought, was a safer place than looking at her Well endowed chest, I took in how her jet-black luscious curls looked shiny and soft hanging down past her shoulders. Those thick, plump, kissable lips of her that were painted with a glossy red lipstick awakened the hungry beast in me that wanted to suck them right off her face. "Dammit, Nico, you better get your wild imagination out of the gutter and under control quick before you do something stupid tonight." I scold myself while at the same time forcing my eyes to look anywhere but at Kaleah.

"Damn, Mr. Hwang is fine as fuck." I heard Kaleah say the closer I got to her. She immediately slapped her left hand over her mouth when she realized that she said those words out loud. I just smiled inwardly at her accidental slip-up. I walked around to the passenger of my car and opened the door for her, then slid behind the steering wheel.

This was the first time I ever felt uncomfortable being in the presence of a woman, a beautiful woman at that. We spent the whole ride to the event not saying a word to each other and with no music playing. Well, the music was on until just about every song that came on the radio was about the singer wanting to do something erotic to his or her partner. These were things I now wanted to do to the woman who was sitting beside me, looking like a delectable main course meal.

I parked in a parking spot next to mom and dad's car, then walked around to the passenger side and held Kaleah's door open for her. I was about to walk towards the entrance of the building ahead of her until she grabbed me by the right arm and hooked hers with mine.

"Am I not your date for this event tonight?" She asked when I looked at our joined arms, then back at her face. I didn't know how to answer that question, so I just proceeded to the entrance with our arms linked together. "Wow, this place is beautiful." She gushed after we entered the grand ballroom of the Ritz Hotel. I must admit the interior and decoration of the ballroom looked amazing, but it had nothing on how spectacular she was glowing beside me.

"You need to put some distance between yourself and this woman before you make a fool out of yourself tonight." my inner conscience was saying to me when mom, dad, Ewan, Nova, Lani, Ivy, and Jeremy approached us.

"Who is this beautiful lady, Nico?" Mom asked me while looking at Kaleah from head to toe.

"Her name is Kaleah Dyson?" Ewan blurts out before either Kaleah or I could respond. Ivy gave him the side-eye for a few seconds, then turned her attention back to Kaleah and me.

"Hello, my name is Ivy Marianas soon to be Mrs. Ivy Hwang." she introduced herself to Kaleah while at the same time possessively linking her arm with Ewan. Out the corner of my right eye, I see Kaleah roll her eye at Ivy's clingy action.
