Ties had been broken off at daybreak, and you had to squabble off the roof somehow, you're still not sure how you didn't fall off and finally die in this wretched town. Vinnie had already made her way to ground, already asleep in the morning whilst you were breaking your back trying to climb down a goddamn fire escape but in all honesty, you just tumbled to the bottom of it, only able to vaguely twitch your eye in annoyance because you were so sleep deprived.

You glared down at the wooden box you called a bed, frowning drastically but you had no other choice to flop down into the bed to call it a night. Just in this case when you flopped down into the 'bed' you weren't met with a soft pillowy surface, more like a very wooden surface, because it was a box you absolute subjective idiot.

Falling into your dream space was a sudden thing, but as sudden as it was, you were craving for more time when on the spur of the moment you had to be woken up, how predictable.

You were rattled up and down, your head cradled by only the cold air, and shoulders shaken rapidly from side to side. You blinked groggily, drooling a bit by accident. That's when you felt alien hands grasp the sides of your face, holding it up. Being forced to look up wasn't the greatest position in the world, it didn't help that they were like inches away from your face, eyes literally boring into yours.

"Hey," It was no other than Vinnie, she pulled away for a bit, releasing her hands from your face, having your chin slump back into your shoulder.

You audibly groaned, looking away from her point of view, that's when you finally noticed it was night again? You really did sleep the whole day away didn't you. Having no other choice, you glared at Vinnie, sending her a justifying frown.

"Man, I thought you'd never wake up," She'd snort, placing a single hand on her hip.

"How long have I been?" You'd suggested the idea to her, vaguely glancing her direction.

"The whole day, we did some pretty awesome stuff, you should have been there!" She proclaimed your hypothesis correct, but now she was unknowingly rubbing it in your face.

"Anyways, we're pulling another scheme and kinda need you," She'd gripped the back of your collar unexpectedly tugging you to your feet and grasping your hand firmly and dragging you off to the deeper part of the alleyway.

Stone and Skipp had been sitting in the middle of the alleyway, with a map spread out between the both of them. Before the both of you came barging in you were able to observe Stone explaining things to Skipp vigorously. But then you were sat down by Vinnie, having her plop down next to you.

"Now that we're all here, I'll explain the plan," Vinnie pointed to the map spread out on the ground below.

"We're gonna be robbing a large banquet, a lot of money and valuables, so don't screw this up," You were betting that last part was directed to you.

"Right here are the blueprints to the building, from what I know they have a joint casino and a bar, sadly no vent system we could sneak into," She'd sigh as if all her hope of robbing this building was lost.

Stone would groan at this, "What's the catch?" He'd slump his face on his hand, scowling.

Vinnie would get giddy at the question, "We're gonna have to dress up as rich people," She'd flash her eyebrows at Stone, grinning.

"I'm starting to think you only do this because you like playing dress up," He'd roll his eyes at her making a snide comment.

She'd scoff, "Pfft, as if, you're just mad because you don't look good in any of the costumes," She'd stand up moving a barrel against the side of the wall, digging around for something before she pulled out a red wine-colored dress.

"Where did you even get that?" Stone made the comment, a bit confused because there isn't any way Vinnie could afford something like that.

"Oh, I stole it!" She'd exclaimed, placing it in front of her torso seeing how it would look on her.

"How predictable," Stone would breathe out, before being tossed a costume himself, it predictably landing right on his face.

Hard-tile heels clicked against the cold nasty pavement; a particular red-wine dress swayed in the wind. This moment could have been crowned as Vinnie's only lady-like and majestic beauty wrapped into one moment, but it was easily ruined as Vinnie clumsily stumbled into your view.

She had made you all dress in matching black and white tuxedos, garnished with bowties.

"Vinnie this is going to fail, they're going to recognize our faces as soon as we walk in," Stone would groan, complaining.

"Nah, watch this," She'd grasp a pencil out of thin air, drawing a small black mole above her lip on her face.

"Behold!" She'd put on a fake stereotyped feminine rich voice, spreading out a hand fan and fanning her face.

"Wow, you're sure this isn't a fantasy of yours, Vinnie?" Stone half questioned, rolling his eyes at her whole getup.

He was suddenly whacked in the back of head with said hand fan, making an audible sound of pain and left rubbing the back of his head.

"Do not speak to thou fairest lady like that, peasant!" Vinnie would hold her chin up, fanning the hand fan above her head, before letting the act up to giggle off into her palm.

"Whoa, golly, you look great Vinnie!" He'd leap over to her side, hugging her torso tightly, and eyes growing big and watery, his lip quivering at the sight as he hugged her closer.

"Yeah, yeah, I love you too," She'd roll her eyes, ruffling his hair, whispering it out in her normal voice.

She'd toss you guys some fake mustaches, what elementary disguises, you truly felt like you were under a new identity with this mustache on.

"This is going to go great," Stone would mutter out sarcastically, nonchalantly blowing his hair out of his eyes.

"Oh, c'mon lighten up, you can stock up on more booze there!" She'd jeer at him, tripping along the way in heels.

"I can't tell if that's the highlight of the night for me, or the worst part," He'd mutter out in some sad, poetic bullshit way.

Whatever it was, you four walked off into the sunset, well, it was night so, y'know, no sunset. But, the point was the ending was here, and your exciting heist was near. Gosh, you couldn't wait to see this shit rambunctiously fall into flames and despair.
