san's pov

San and Wooyoung were supposed to meet at the university library to work on their project together. Despite San telling Wooyoung not to be late, he was in fact, the one that was running late. Awfully late, if he might add. They were supposed to meet at 11am but because San was so busy studying for an exam all night, he overslept and woke up at 11:30. Luckily, the library wasn't too far away from the dorms, so he got there at 11:50 after putting on some clothes. It was a snowy Saturday morning and San hated the snow that was falling on his face while he was running to the library.

"Don't you dare be late, I will kick your ass.", Wooyoung was making fun of the way San threatened him the other day after English class while San seated himself in front of him.

As soon as San sat down, Wooyoung's attention was focused on San and San only after he had laid down the book he was previously reading.

"Shut up. Let's get to work.", San murmured, just wanting this study session to end as quickly as possible.

"Did you know that you look really hot when you're angry?", Wooyoung teased San, while San's cheeks were burning up from either anger or he was actually blushing at Wooyoung's words.

"I told you already, Jung. Don't try anything funny.", San answered not even looking at Wooyoung and focusing on whatever he was reading on his tablet because after Wooyoung's words, he had to reread everything.

In a whole week, him and Wooyoung met up four times in total. This was the fifth time, since the deadline for finishing their project was rather tight. They were supposed to hand over their work to Mr. Lee on Thursday. Luckily for both of them, they were smart and English projects weren't that difficult. What was difficult for San was spending almost every day in Wooyoung's presence so he couldn't wait to be done with this project.

"Do you want to go grab some lunch?", Wooyoung asked after which San realised that it was already time for lunch and honestly, he was hungry.

"Do whatever you want, Jung. I could use some fresh air right now so go on.", San answered as Wooyoung let out an annoyed sigh before getting up from his seat and stretching.

His annoying stretching noises drew San's attention and before he could tell him to quiet down, because they were in fact sitting in a library, he couldn't help but stare at him as Wooyoung slowly took off the hoodie he was wearing because inside it was starting to get a bit hot. Or maybe it was only San that felt a sudden rush of heat after Wooyoung's t-shirt slightly lifted revealing his honey toned skin. San tried to break eye contact with Wooyoung's torso but for some strange reason, he couldn't. He was then so focused on Wooyoung's jawline once he turned his head to look outside the window.

"You're checking me out again. Are you thirsty? Do you want me to get you a drink? Or do you want me?", the sound of Wooyoung's voice snapped him back to reality.

"Fuck off, Jung!", San sweared while Wooyoung was smirking at him before he eventually left to get some food.

hongjoong's pov

(side note, this is a filler part, you don't have to read it if you don't want to since it isn't related to the original story, I just really love Matz<3)

As Hongjoong was getting ready to meet his best friend, he looked out the window. It was snowing pretty heavily so he was wondering if his friend bothered to warm himself. Just in case, he brought a spare hat and some gloves, not wanting his best friend to freeze to death since they were supposed to walk to the arcade that was in the busy city of Seoul but not too far from their university.

"Your new hair color is pretty cool, Joong!", Seonghwa complimented him as they were walking towards their destination.

Seonghwa, of course, forgot to dress more warmly and right when he started complaining because of how cold it is, Hongjoong handed him the spare hat and gloves he prepared for him. Seonghwa gave him a warm smile and Hongjoong couldn't help but stare at his long eyelashes while the falling snowflakes were resting on them. Him and Seonghwa have been friends for years and he never thought that he wanted their friendship to become something more until recently.

"Sannie has to work on a project together with Wooyoung.", Seonghwa mentioned as they were getting closer to the arcade.

The mention of Wooyoung's name made Hongjoong angry. He knew that his friend had feelings for that cocky idiot, who was just a year younger than them.

"He can handle him. Sannie hates people like Wooyoung. Does that mean that he hates you too?", Hongjoong joked.

"Shut up Hongjoong, you know San doesn't know that I'm gay. Otherwise he wouldn't stand being in my presence.", Seonghwa answered, hitting his best friend softly on the shoulder.

Every time Seonghwa would touch Hongjoong, even by hitting him while they were joking around, he would send shivers down his spine. He liked his best friend so much but the only person that was on his mind was Jung Wooyoung.

"Why do you even like that idiot? He is not even that good looking.", Hongjoong asked his friend trying not to sound too jealous.

"I don't know, there's just something about him. He acts all confident and cocky but I'm sure that deep down he is a really sweet person.", Seonghwa answered looking at the sky while the snow was gracefully falling on his face.

Seeing his best friend like that, Hongjoong just wanted to pull him closer and kiss him. Instead, he murmured a quiet "whatever" as they were finally entering the arcade and feeling the warmth of the room.

san's pov

San and Wooyoung successfully handed over their finished project to Mr. Lee. San finally felt free, he wasn't going to study with Wooyoung anymore. Today was the last busy college day before winter break was supposed to begin. San was going to spend Christmas Eve at his parents' house, them having dinner together after the last time San and Hwa came over which was two weeks ago. San realized that he has been seeing Wooyoung for two weeks straight, almost every day. And he could finally breathe. As he was standing in the hallway, looking out the window, he could sense someone's warm breath on his neck.

"Merry Christmas, Choi.", Wooyoung whispered before he walked away.

San felt his heart beating faster than usual. He still didn't want to admit the effect Jung Wooyoung had on him.
