san's pov

San was on his way to the dorm room when he received a text from Wooyoung. He didn't even bother to open it so he just went to his room and fell asleep. After waking up the next morning, he finally opened the chat with Wooyoung who has sent multiple messages during the night.

woo

did you arrive to your room safely?

i miss you...

i'm trying to finish my project but i can't stop thinking about you

san? why aren't you replying to my messages?

is everything okay?

(3.02 am) sannie are you asleep?

i'm worried because you didn't answer my messages..

(5.28 am) text me as soon as you wake up, please..

Liar, you're not worried about me - San thought to himself. He wanted to trust Wooyoung so much but he also was very aware of how Wooyoung never really was in a serious relationship. He knew that he had this habit of being with someone for a very short period of time and then leaving them after he gets bored, everyone on campus knew that about Wooyoung. How could San be so stupid when he knew everything. He was so blinded by his little crush that he completely forgot how much of a jerk Wooyoung actually was. He left the phone in his room and went out because he was in desperate need of some fresh air. Unfortunately, right in front of the building was Wooyoung, who looked like he was waiting for him.

"You weren't answering to my messages so I decided to come to you. What's wrong, Sannie?", Wooyoung asked trying to take San's hand but San just shook him off.

"Wooyoung...I think that we should take some time off.", he said with a serious look on his face and Wooyoung's previous smile faded away.

"What do you mean by that?", Wooyoung was confused.

"We shouldn't be seeing each other for a while!", San answered his question.

"But why?", Wooyoung's eyes started getting teary no matter how hard he tried to hide that.

"I want to think about us being in a relationship, I'm not sure if that's a very good idea now.", San said.

"Did I do something? Because if I did you can totally tell me, I'll try to fix that but please don't leave me alone now..", Wooyoung was desperate.

"No, I'm sorry. I need some time to think. Goodbye, Wooyoung.", San said his last words to Wooyoung before walking away, leaving Wooyoung both confused and heartbroken.

yeosang's pov

It has only been a few days since Wooyoung and San decided to go on a break. Wooyoung's best friend Yeosang was worried about him. Wooyoung didn't eat, slept too little and only went out of his room (and his bed) if he had classes that day. Yeosang asked his best friend about the reason San decided to take a break a couple of times, but every time, Wooyoung would either answer with a quiet 'I don't know' or he would just go back to sleep. It was strange to him how suddenly their relationship got ruined. He knew that someone must have been behind this but he couldn't really point his finger at the exact person. After another failed attempt of trying to convince Wooyoung to come with him to the cafeteria to eat together, he went there alone. He was going to pick up some food for Wooyoung after he finished eating.

"Hey, pretty boy! Wanna eat together?", Yeosang heard Ryujin's voice and decided to sit with her.

"Why are you so quiet? You're usually very talkative with me.", Ryujin asked Yeosang, wondering why he wasn't joking around with her like he always did.
