Jinx sat in her classes, jotting down notes and getting help from either Jack, Legoshi, or Juno. She had to sit on her bag during classes to get the proper height to see, being the height of a dwarf rabbit was not fun. She wondered what Ekko was doing, knowing it could get boring when in a room alone.

Ekko was in the gardening club, getting things together for the day. He enjoyed spending time in the rooftop garden, watering flowers and planting them into fresh dirt was his favorite thing to do. He looked up, seeing the rabbit he met. "Hey Haru!" He greeted, waving. "How long have you been out in the sun!?" Haru saw the sweat pouring off him, her tone laced with worry. "Just a few hours." Ekko was dragged into the shed, directed to sit down. Haru went into her bag, grabbing a bottle of water for him. "You can't just do that, you know? You need to take breaks!" Haru explained, wiping away sweat from his forehead and limbs. "I just wanted to help." Ekko's voice was soft, almost embarrassed. "I appreciate the help, honey. But please take breaks and drink water." Haru opened the bottle for him, having him drink. She looked through her bag and pulled out a granola bar. "Eat something, darling." Ekko took the bar, smiling. "Thank you."

Jinx heard the bell, grabbing her things and running to the cafeteria. She saw Free already waiting at a table for her, to which she ran directly to him. "Look at you kid, you had a growth spurt!" Free picked Jinx up, twirling her around. He sat her down, showing her a homemade lunch he made just for her. Peanut butter and jelly on milk bread, carrots and cucumbers cut into hearts, blueberries, and bamboo tea. Jinx opened the lid to the thermos, sipping the tea happily. "I've missed you, Fuzz-ball. It's not the same without you at home. Louis constantly asks how you're doing." Jinx smiled at Free's words, taking a bite of her sandwich. "Maybe tonight I'll head back after Drama Club." Jinx suggested, seeing Free perk up. "Tomorrow night is New Years, want to come home tonight? I'm sure Agata can get your assignments for you." Free offered, Jinx nodding. "Absolutely. It'll be nice to sleep in my bed alone." Jinx finished her sandwich, eating her veggies and soon the blueberries. "Thank you Papa." Jinx gave Free a hug, noticing some strands of his mane were turning grey.

Jinx ran to Drama Club after her classes, practicing with Pina for Adler. She felt graceful as she practiced the choreography, Pina occasionally correcting her. She followed his steps almost perfectly by the third time, Pina smiling. "You're doing great, but tone it down so you don't steal my role." Pina whispered to her, Jinx getting a mischievous grin. She felt like Louis, having heard stories in the halls of his amazing acting. She put all of her heart and strength into every action, every breath, every word. When she got out of the zone, she heard someone clapping. She turned to who it was. Bill was clapping, then lifted her arm. "Looks like we got a little Louis." His tone held pride for the Drama Club's future. Jinx looked around, confused.

Juno put down her phone, getting Jinx's phone number to send it to her. "I'm sure Louis would love to see you perform." She commented, Jinx watching the recording with a sense of dread in her stomach. She didn't want to let their hopes and dreams die, her plan to leave Cherryton would have to be put on hold.

Jinx walked with Vi, Agata, and Ekko to The Black Market, Jinx making a visit to Gouhin as they passed by. He greeted her with a hug, lifting her up. "You're growing like a true bear. A real beefcake." Gouhin flexed her arms, seeing more muscle had been put on. "I have new things to help." He gave her a new CD with new calming music for variety and benadryl cut into fourths. "Now that you're at a healthy weight, I can give you medication." Gouhin explained, hugging her once more. "You should get going home." He directed, letting her leave.

Ekko glanced to what was in her hands, tilting his head. "What's this for?" He questioned, grabbing the portioned medication and CD. "Oh, the music is for when I'm upset and the Benadryl I believe is for anxiety." Powder explained, putting them into her backpack. "Anxiety? What's giving you anxiety? You live a very cushy life now, nobody ever tells you no now." Ekko felt confusion, then felt Agata's hand on his shoulder. "Madaragumi. Combine that with what happened right before she got to our world..." Ekko saw Powder halt at the word of the gang.

Jinx turned around, cocking her head quickly to the side as bitterness dripped in her voice. "Those pussy-footed bastards?! They're good-for-nothing spotted oversized housecats, I'll tell you that!" She bristled with rage, seeing Ekko taken aback at her sudden tone shift. She felt Agata pick her up, making her flail. "Let's get going, you're going to give yourself an anxiety attack." Jinx was sitting on his shoulders, seeing the market from a better height.

Getting to the hideout, Jinx showed Louis the video. She saw tears well up in his eyes, then hugging her.

"I'm proud of you."

Just a baby

I seriously love Powder, I would adopt her and take her to go get ice cream every fucking Sunday, all the scoops she wants, all the toppings she wants, I don't care if it comes to $100. She's just a baby.
