Having that conversation with Choi felt good. He needed it. It was nice to know that people liked him and did not hate him.
He forgave Choi. He never will forgive Jake. He could not be friends with Jake anymore. He had a new view of life.
Sometimes things happen in your life, making you realise who your true friends are. It is the way of life. He had gotten Choi's number, and they both planned to catch up for lunch.
When they stopped being friends, it did break his heart. He thought he was closer to Choi, so he felt his heart rip slightly when he ignored him. He was glad he had that conversation with him. They needed to clear the air.
Taehyung had no classes when Jungkook did, so he walked to Jungkook's car and buckled Ara inside. He felt a little nervous driving his best friend's car.
He knows how to drive. He has his full licence. He just could never afford a car. He quickly put the address into his phone and drove off to see if Ara was okay when they met a red traffic light.
It was not long of a drive. You could walk from the campus to the apartments. When he was met with the tall and fancy building, he parked his car and sighed. 'How am I meant to afford this?' was his first thought when he looked at the fancy, tall, expensive-looking building in front of him.
He hopped out of the car, placed Ara into the baby wrap and locked the car. Jungkook has no idea he is using his car. He just has a spare key that is in his bag.
He felt like he had been pulling the raven out of classes too much with doctors' appointments. So he decided to keep this one to himself.
He felt terrible taking Jungkook away from his own life. The brunette walked into the building, smiling when there was a lady at the front desk who seemed nice.
"Hello! I am guessing you here for Andy?" She questioned. Taehyung nodded, smiling when he walked closer.
"Just have a seat, and he will be with you" She looked up at him from behind the desk chair. She was an elderly lady with grey hair, petite, and sweet.
Taehyung was already starting to get great vibes. As he walked towards the seats to sit down on, he heard someone call his name. "Taehyung! Sorry if you waited long. I just had a meeting" A male in a suit walked towards him with a smile.
"Nice to meet you, and no, I did not wait long. I was just about to start waiting," Taehyung chuckled. Andy laughed while shaking his hand.
"Would you like to see some of our options?" Andy questioned, hand directed towards the elevator.
"Sounds good", Taehyung smiled as they walked towards it.
"Now, what type of rooms are we thinking? Do you have an aesthetic? the idea of how many bathrooms or bedrooms?" Andy asked as they both stepped into the elevator.
"3 bedrooms. One for me, my daughter and a guest room. One bathroom and another laundry room," Taehyung replied, watching Andy nod as he typed a few things into the iPad.
"Does it bother you what floor you're on?" Andy asked. "Not really. I saw the apartments have balconies. With a little one that could crawl-" Taehyung started but got cut off.
"There are a few large balconies in this building that babies or dogs won't fall through."
"That's a relief", Taehyung chuckled alongside Andy.
"We have three available rooms fitting the description you gave on the top floor" He smiled, pressing the button to the highest floor.
"Exciting. With the prices, would it cost more to be at the top?"
