The next day sped around fast, and Jungkook returned home the night they both confessed. He wanted to pack all his things and move in by lunchtime. He helped Taehyung put Ara to sleep and helped clean the kitchen before he left.

When he walked into his bedroom with the brightest smile, He felt happy. A feeling he has not felt in a long time. Starting to question when he was with Boram, was he ever delighted?.

After packing all his things and conversing with his parents about moving in with Taehyung and working for them part-time, they took it well. They were happy to hear that the two had started dating and were making adult moves, as his mother said.

When he woke up the following day, he had arranged a moving furnishings business to help move his things. Once they arrived and Jungkook was standing in his now empty room, he felt a little overwhelmed with emotions. Seeing the space, he has always felt safe is empty.

Better things to come, he kept telling himself as he passed the last box to one of the staff.

When packing, he was unsure of what he wanted to do with his bed, he was going to leave it as a guest bed at his mother's house, but they already had Taehyung's old room. So, he packed up his double bed and thought it could go in the spear room in the apartment.

After he said goodbye to his parents, even though he would see them later for dinner, he drove to the apartment, heading upstairs to see everything laid out in the lounge. He let out a slight hum when he noticed the bed was not there.

He walked into one of the spare rooms to see Taehyung inside, decorating it as a guest room.

"It looks great in here", Jungkook whispered, leaning against the door frame. The brunette smiled at the familiar voice, turning around to see his boyfriend stepping inside the room.

He wrapped his arms around the basketball player's neck when he felt those warm hands on his waist.

"The first day living together, how do you feel" Jungkook smirked, holding eye contact with the shorter male who leant closer to his lips.

"Better than ever", Taehyung whispered, pecking his lips softly before pulling away.

"Ara is sleeping in her new room that is across from ours. I still need to decorate it, but we will get there eventually," He continues, blushing a little when Jungkook just stares at him with a fond smile.

"You're so beautiful" Taehyung hid his face in Jungkook's shoulder as the male chuckled.

"Never knew you could blush so much", He teased, soon following the male out the room.

"Stop teasing me."

"Never"

"Kook, can you get the door?" Taehyung yelled from the kitchen, as he was too busy cooking dinner.

Jungkook hummed, standing up from the books he was sorting out from one of his packed boxes and moved towards the door. Once he opened it, his heart dropped a little.

"Officers", He greeted, bowing a little as the two officers gave a soft smile in return.

"We are here to talk to Mr Kim about what happened?" One officer softly said.

"Who is at the door?" Taehyung asked, coming up behind Jungkook to peek at who it was.

His heart dropped a little when he saw police officers.

"Hi, Is there any way we could come in?" The officer questioned. Jungkook turned to see Taehyung nod slowly.

"Wait!" The raven said fast, holding his arm out and preventing the officers from entering.
