After bringing Ara back to the apartment, Taehyung spent most of his time unpacking stuff, organising everything into places.
He was relieved to see that kitchen equipment came with the apartment. Jungkook was bathing Ara. She had calmed down as soon as she was with both males.
Once Jungkook bathed her, he got her changed and then soon realised she had fallen asleep. He let her nap while he put her crib up in Taehyung's room.
He brought her into the lounge and placed her in a baby bed that looked like a dog bed. The raven helped Taehyung set stuff up, making sure he was close by Ara so he could check on her to make sure she was okay.
Once it got darker and Jungkook had to leave, Taehyung watched the door close with a heavy heart. He wishes he had the guts to tell the male to move in.
For some reason, he was holding back. He did not want to ask the male, which then made him feel like he had to say yes. Jungkook felt his energy drop as soon as he shut the door behind him, heading towards his car without two of his favourite people.
It was more complicated when he walked into what was once their bedroom. To see it empty. He had smiled when he received a night selfie from Taehyung, Ara, on his chest. Two days had gone by, and the weekend went by so quickly. Taehyung loved the apartment.
He was enjoying his time there and getting used to where everything was. Ara was not getting the greatest sleep, but it may take some time. The brunette woke up earlier than Ara.
He finally got her to sleep at 6:00 am, and he could not sleep. Jungkook was busy with training and had a few local games over the weekend, so they did not get to see each other. Taehyung sat on the couch, a cup of tea warming his palms as he looked out the window to the city.He missed Jungkook.
He decided he would ask him if he wanted to move in. He feels like Ara has a connection to him and feels safe with him. He also feels safe with Jungkook and misses having him around.
He spent the new few hours on his laptop, finishing his school work before getting ready. He was happy that he did not have to wake Ara up. Hana was looking after her today.
When Jungkook's mother arrived, Ara was still asleep. Taehyung gave her a little tour before rushing out of the building, realising he was late for classes. He was glad the campus was within walking distance.
With his phone clutched in his hand, he walked into the building. Ignoring all the glances coming his way. He saw Jimin leaning against his locker, looking towards the ground.
"Hey Chim", Taehyung whispered, walking up to him a little confused. Jimin shot his head up when he heard Taehyung's voice and smiled, pushing himself off the locker.
"Hey, Tae"
"You okay?" Taehyung asked, a little concerned as they walked towards class.
"Yeah, just have been super tired. It has been an overwhelming few days, especially with graduation around the corner." Jimin yawned, opening the door to their first class.
"I forgot about graduation", Taehyung mumbled, looking around the class to see a few students but no teacher yet.
"Yeah, this time every year, people worry and stress. The basketball guys are training like no other"
"Is Jungkook okay? I have not really heard from him over the weekend?"
"Yeah, he has been over-working himself a little." Jimin sighed.
"He does this every year. It makes me worried" Taehyung sighed as well, rubbing his forehead.
"He seemed down this weekend. Yoongi was saying he seemed distracted? do you know what is going on with him?"
"No, not really. I will chat with him during the break," Taehyung whispered when the teacher walked in. Thankfully the class went by quickly, as everyone went to eat, and some went to classes. When someone called out his name, he was heading to the cafeteria alone.
He turned his head to see a student rush toward him.Jimin got called by the front desk. Apparently, there were papers he had to fill out. "Hi?" Taehyung said, looking at her, confused. She did not look familiar.
"Mrs Garrett said that Jungkook is in Block B, room 78. Apparently, he is upset and angry. She asked me to come to get you," She said. Taehyung thanked her, not thinking twice before rushing out of the college and down the field till he was met with the other block.
He did find it weird that Jungkook ran in this block. No one has classes in this block since it is a long way from the other classes, and no one can really hear you. The area was basically out of bounds. He knows some teachers hang out there, though.
He pushed open the rusty door that led towards a hallway with classrooms on the side. He called out Jungkook's name and entered the classroom. He heard a noise from. The room was a little dark. The curtains were dark. No light was able to get in. He walked inside, turning his head when the door shut behind him.
"Ggukie?" Taehyung called out, seeing a solute of a person leaning against a desk. He could not determine who it was as his back faced the male.
"What is wrong-" The brunette was cut off as he felt someone step behind him, a hand placed over his mouth as he saw a group of people come from different corners of the classroom.
Taehyung screamed against the person's hand, shuffling in their grip to let him go. His eyes widened when he saw a bat in someone's hand. He shook his head, feeling his heart race.
His 'let me go' muffled underneath the hand blocking his mouth. He could not determine who it was as the five people in the room wore masks. Screams of agony were muffled as the bat came slamming against his side.
Tears escape his eyes as he kicks, trying to fend for himself. He cried when the hand that was once covering his mouth was replaced with a cloth that he could not get out.
As he was thrown to the floor, his cries grew louder. The group of people kicked and hit his back, legs, neck and face. Taehyung cried and cried, begging them to stop.
He reached his hand up, grabbing onto one of the people's hands as he dug his fingers hard into the flesh.
Trying to stand up only seemed to anger them, all when the person groaned in pain. Taehyung felt blood ooze out of all places in his body. He felt dizzy and tired.
He tried to fight as much as possible by kicking and hitting back. But five against 1, he was never going to win with that last thought he blackout.
