________________Stiles was right there.
The real Stiles.
When their eyes met it felt like time had slowed down. She hadn't seen him in so long.
He had changed since she last saw him, he looked older. He had grown out his hair. It really suited him.
He looked different. A good different.
She remembered all the time she had spent with him and immediately wanted to jump into his arms and never let go.
But she couldn't.
But God she wanted to.
She finally peeled her eyes away from him and looked forward, her eyes still wide from shock.
Allison kept repeating 'Oh, my god' over and over again. "I can't see him, not now."
"Calm down, Allison. See, Brie's not freaking out," Lydia said.
"Drive, Lydia," Brie responded, not able to look over.
"Lydia, go," Allison pleaded. "Just go."
"But the light," Lydia responded, gesturing to the red light.
"There are literally no other cars, you'll survive," Brie told her, her heart pounding.
Then she heard his voice.
"Hey!" he shouted, rolling down their window while Scott objected.
Brie turned Lydia's face so that she was looking into her eyes. "Lydia, drive."
Her eyes went yellow as she said it and this time, Lydia drove forward, through the red light.
Allison looked shocked and let out a huge sigh.
Lydia jumped a little, seeming surprised. "How did you do that?" she asked Brie.
Brie didn't answer, she was still thinking of Stiles. Should she have said hello? Was what she did rude? Did he hate her now?
"Can you mind control now? Seriously?" Lydia went on when she didn't respond.
"It's not mind control," Brie finally answered. "I just can have a heavy influence on what you want to do, you know? It's not like your compelled to do what I say, you just want to. But it's only with simple tasks, like drive. That's simple."
"I'm not even going to question it. You two alright?" Lydia asked, seeing Allison seemed very shaken.
Allison and Brie both nodded and looked into the rearview mirror.
"There right behind us," Allison said.
"Did they just stop?" Brie asked as the jeep behind them but came to a sudden halt. "Why would they just stop?"
"Lydia, stop," Allison said once she saw that they had stopped. "We need to go back and talk to them."
"Uh, no we don't," Brie said. "I don't think we need to do anything."
