Brie ran to the room she was feeling a pull to. She heard Stiles and Lydia shouting in there as she ran towards them.

"It's heat, fire!" she heard Stiles exclaim as she made her was to them. "Heat does it, all right? We need something..."

"He's underwater!" Lydia shouted back.

"Yeah, I'm aware of that!"

Lydia thought for a moment. If only Brie were here. "Wait, wait. The bus," she remembered. "On the bus, they'll have emergency road flares. They have their own oxidizers. They can burn underwater."

"Are you serious?"

"Yes, go!" Lydia ordered.

Just as Stiles was about to leave, Brie appeared.

She had her feathery wings extended, one black one white, and her eyes were glowing yellow. She even had both a halo and devil horns on her head.

Stiles stopped in his tracks at the sight of her. He stared in awe at her supernatural form.

"No need. Where is he?" she asked, her voice carrying through the room powerfully.

Stiles looked to the bathroom, indicating that Boyd was in there. Brie suddenly flew as quick as she could to the bathroom, her hands turning red from the heat they were producing.

She saw Boyd in the bath with a safe on him, drowning himself.

She quickly reached into the water and placed a burning hand on the boy, waking him from whatever trance he was in.

The safe flew off him and Brie backed away with Stiles and Lydia, watching as Boyd sat up, letting out a roar as he did so.

He was alive.

Brie then turned around, hearing terrified breathing coming from under the bed.

She looked down, lifting up the sheet to reveal a terrified looking Issac.

She morphed back into her human form, not wanting to scare the boy even more.

"Hey, Issac," she said gently before reaching in and placing a burning hand on his shoulder.

They didn't even have a moment to realise what was happening as the three of them ran out to Allison.

"I can't find Scott anywhere," Allison told them as they walked down the stairs outside.

"It's happening to him, too, isn't it?" Stiles asked.

"It has to be," Lydia agreed.

"We just gotta find him and I'll burn him out of it," Brie said as they got to the bottom of the stairs.

They all stopped once they turned the corner, staring in shock at the scene before them.

It was Scott standing in the middle of the parking lot, covered in gasoline with the flare from the bus in his hand. Lit.

One wrong move and he would go up in flames.

Brie tried to manipulate his mind in anyway to get him to stop this but it was no use. It wasn't working.

"Scott?" Allison asked as they slowly approached him. He didn't move. They walked around him until they were in front of him. Brie and Stiles shared a look.

"Scott," Allison repeated but it was no use. He wasn't himself.

He looked at them with sad eyes. "There's no hope," he said, sounding hopeless.
