twenty nine
__________________________Stiles was punching Derek in the face, over and over again, trying to get him to regain consciousness. He kept shouting his name, desperately needing to wake the man up.
Suddenly, when Stiles went to punch him one last time, Derek opened his eyes and grabbed onto his arm roughly, stopping him from punching him.
"Oh, my God! Finally!" Brie exclaimed as Derek looked around in confusion.
"Where is she?" he asked, after a minute.
"Jennifer?" Stiles said. "Gone, with Scott's mom."
"She took her?"
"Yeah, if that's not enough of a kick to the balls, Scott left with Deucalion, okay?" Stiles continued.
"Completely willingly," Brie added, still frustrated. "We tried to tell him not to."
"So we gotta get you out of here," Stiles went on. "The police are coming right now and we got to get you the hell out of here."
"Whoa," Derek stopped, thinking. "What about Cora?"
"Issac took her in his car but I think the twins are still after them," Brie explained. "You got to go now."
"Take my jeep," Stiles said once Derek actually got up, handing him the keys. "They shouldn't be too far away."
"Go!" Brie shouted and Derek made his way towards the jeep without another word.
Brie let out a heavy sigh once she realised he had gone. "Oh, my God. How did we get into this mess? Why did he just leave?"
"He's being an idiot," Stiles agreed. "He'll realise that soon, I just hope it's sooner rather then later."
"What are we gonna tell the cops?"
"I don't know if you've noticed but I've kind of an expert at lying to the police," Stiles scoffed cockily. "We have dealt with the police on numerous occasions."
"Yeah, when your father is the one we're dealing with," Brie reminded him. "We don't exactly have being the sheriff's son in our favour, right now."
"They all love me, it's fine."
"Are you hearing yourself right now?"
"We we're just locked in the elevator the entire time," Stiles explained. "Boom, solved."
"Oh, my God," Brie sighed, then suddenly thinking of something. "I need to call my mum."
She took out her phone quickly and dialled her mothers number, Stiles was watching her closely, waiting to see if she was okay.
Thankfully, she picked up. "Mom?"
"Hey, sweetie, everything alright?"
"Yeah, everything's fine, are you okay?"
"Yeah, I'm just on the road now, actually."
Brie just remembered, her mother wasn't even in the town. She was going to visit a freind. "Oh, right, you're going to Shelia's aren't you? So you've left town?"
"Why? Are you planning on throwing a party already?" her mother joked, completely unaware about what was going on. "I've only been gone an hour or two."
"Perfect," she sighed with relief.
"Don't tell me you've lost your key. I'm not turning back, you can stay at Lydia's, Allison's or even Stiles's."
