RADHIKA'S POV.

Here I am in Bangalore, again. I feel, I have traveled to Bangalore now more than I have traveled to Mumbai. I chuckled as I thought that while taking my luggage and heading out of the airport. Virat bhai said he would send me a car and even a bodyguard. I was surprised and asked why would I need a bodyguard? Just a driver would be fine but would Virat bhai listen to me in these matters, the answer is no.

I saw the bodyguard whose photo Virat bhai had sent who was holding a board with my name. I went to him and said "That's me. Radhika." He nodded and took my luggage to the car. He sat in the front seat beside the driver and I at the back. I texted them that I had landed and was heading towards the hotel. I texted them and did not call them as they might be in a meeting.

Tomorrow is the first match of RCB with GT for this season. Dev had made the arrangements for me to stay at the same hotel RCB is staying but I was going there as Virat bhai's cousin-sister and not as his girlfriend. Dev didn't want to get the news leaked and the media going for me. I agree there's a chance of that happening but I also feel that my whole family thing has made him a little more paranoid about all this. Even when we went for the date at Pune he made sure no one would recognise him, to keep me safe.

I honestly have mixed feelings about this arrangement. Like it bugs me a little I would have to behave like just an acquaintance to Dev but on the other hand he was doing it all for me. I thought of looking at the positive side of it. The positive side of it is that we would get a taste of those secret relationships. It would have a thrill of its own right?

I reached the hotel at almost dinner time. I was escorted by my 'Bodyguard' to the main lobby where I saw Virat bhai and Anushka bhabhi already waiting for me. "There she is." Said Virat bhai as he saw me. He and bhabhi came towards me with big smiles. They both hugged me as I noticed Dev was not present there. Virat bhai understood who I was searching for as he told the bodyguard to leave. As soon as he left he said "Jise tum dhund rahi ho vo abhi philal ek video meeting Mai hai with the management."

I nodded my head as Virat bhai handed me the card of my room saying "This is the key to your room which is next to ours. Dev said he would directly meet you after dinner. Tum thak gayi hogi to mai dinner directly tumhare room Mai hi bhej dunga. Kal breakfast pe sabse mil lena. Okay?" I took the card and nodded. I asked Bhai "So the acting starts now? I am just your cousin-sister from now on right?" I asked to confirm as Bhai and bhabhi nodded. Anu bhabhi said "It's actually a good idea. Many times during the IPL season, the hotels are filled with people from the media either to take bites of the players or to find out some personal information of the player's life or some internal things about the team. Plus not to mention how many people are in and out on a daily basis for shoots, interviews, sponsorships and so on."

I nodded at the details and actually appreciated Dev for thinking of all this beforehand. Bhai and bhabhi dropped me to my room and then later on went to theirs. I went to my room and after getting freshened up the waiter came with my dinner. As I was waiting for Dev, I checked some mail on my laptop. The doorbell rang a little later than I expected. My laptop was on my lap so I shouted "Come in, it's open." I didn't look up but I knew it was Dev as he said "You shouldn't leave the door open. It's not safe.". I was typing the last part of my last email for the day so I said "I knew you were coming, that's why it was open."

I hit the send button and looked up. He had a package in his hand and locked the door behind him. He walked in towards my bed. His face looked so exhausted and tired. Being a captain must have been so tiring for him. Virat bhai, Anushka bhabhi, Megha, Shubhang, and everyone else told me how much of an extra effort he was putting to do each and everything perfectly. That must have been so exhausting for my Dev.
