The next day, when I woke up, I was informed that we were returning to Naboo this morning because of the previous day's events. Padme's safety was still at stake. So I packed up my things, ready to leave, and heard Padme talking to Jar Jar, giving him her duties before she left. I see her return to her room.

I continue to pack my things, my books and my clothes in my suitcase before closing it. After about ten minutes I hear someone knocking on my door.

"Hello."

I turn around before I see Anakin, I then answer the young man by filling my second bag.

"Aren't you talking to Padme? I get the impression you two get along more than well.

- No, she says I make her uncomfortable. And what are you implying?

- You and Padme aren't... you know?"

Anakin frowns then finally understands what I was getting at. He chuckles before speaking up.

"No... That is forbidden in The Jedi Order."

I frown before taking one of my robes to fold it and walk past the apprentice, inking my gaze into his.

"Isn't that what makes it more tempting and exciting?"

I smile softly, Anakin keeping his gaze inked in mine before answering me.

"Maybe."

I then step back before walking over to my suitcase and filling it, I close it.

"You're the rebellious type, a code breaker. Am I wrong?

- I have no duty to the people, no one expects anything from me, so why should I have to follow orders?" I say.

Anakin nods his head in agreement.

"You are right, Princess.

- Please don't call me that. Oriana will do."

I turn to Anakin before smiling at him, he smiles back at me before speaking up.

"Alright Oriana."

I smile a little more before Anakin leaves, I continue to pack before leaving my room.

We had arrived, I was sitting in one of the seats of the speeder that had taken us to the clandestine ship with R2. Obi-Wan gave Anakin some final instructions while Padme and her maid said goodbye.

I finally get up, we are about to leave. I greet Obi-Wan Kenobi, thanking him for his service on behalf of Padme. We exit the speeder and head for the clandestine ship.

"Be careful Padme, people may recognize you there, be discreet." I say.

My sister starts to laugh before turning to me, looking at me reassuringly. She finally turns to Anakin.

"Be careful Ani, you have competition."

R2 starts beeping, I frown at the nickname, Ani? Were they that close to each other to give each other nicknames? That's odd. I look up at Anakin who was glowering at me, a sneer forming on the corner of my lip.

"Did you hear that young padawan? I do the job better than you.

- That's what we'll see you little vermin."

I stifle a chuckle before continuing forward, we enter the ship before leaving to sit on the floor in the corner of the room. A creature comes to bring us food. I take only a piece of bread.

"I'm going to the bathroom, I'll be right back." Padme said.

Anakin nods, I watch Padme get up, zigzagging between people before disappearing.

"Oh Ani, I love you so much, please Ani let's finish our life together, fuck the jedi and their shitty rules."

Anakin stifles a laugh before frowning, he takes a sip of his water before speaking up.

"Is this an imitation of Padme?

- Didn't I do it right?"

Anakin starts to laugh before setting his eyes on me.

"No seriously, what kind of nickname is that?

- Shut up, you'd so love to call me that."

I squint my eyes, Anakin brings his face a little closer before whispering.

"You wish you were in her shoes."

I immediately clench my jaw, I knew he was joking, but he was also telling some truth. I take a bread crumb before throwing it at him.

"You're not funny now."

He dodges the crumb before laughing, he speaks with a more serious air, I feel that he had understood that he had just touched a sensitive part.

"I was joking.

- I know." I say.

I sigh before eating another bite of bread, I finish swallowing before continuing to talk about my sister Padme.

"She's so in love with you.

- In love?

- Yes, in love."

He smiles stupidly, I immediately roll my eyes, finding it all pathetic. I throw him a second breadcrumb.

"Get a hold of yourself young padawan. It's forbidden, you told me so yourself.

- But isn't that what makes it more tempting and exciting?" He takes up my sentence.

I smile softly before turning my gaze, Anakin's voice calling out to me, pulling me out of my thoughts.

"And you, are you in love?"

I lower my eyes to the ground, playing with my bread before stifling a laugh, I raise my eyebrows before looking up at Anakin.

"Love?"

Anakin nods positively waiting for an answer from me looking impatient. I sigh heavily before speaking up.

"I only live to accomplish my mission, why would I waste my time with love?"

Anakin frowns tilting his head to the side, he looked confused. I had just raised several questions in one sentence. And I knew Anakin wouldn't hesitate to ask me them.

"A mission?"

Suddenly Padme arrived, she sat down next to me cross-legged. She then speaks.

"What were you talking about?

- I was just telling him what a beautiful planet Naboo is." I said.

Padme smiles fondly before pressing the point that Naboo is a beautiful planet. We continue the trip in a good mood. Even though I was somewhat quiet. I felt like I was holding the candle between the two of them.
