CHAPTER 1

"Do you think it's politics, En?", Art asked their eldest sister

Athena. As usual  Art was the first one to

arrive for their meeting; aside of course from Athena who works as a home-based

writer.

"I don't think Art .The 18-year old girl was brutally killed for

Pete's sake!!", she angrily said.

Before Art could even answer, Dike and Fina arrived

simultaneously.

"Did you ask Dike to fetch you Fin?", Athena asked while preparing

for their meeting.

She as their eldest would always made sure that there conference room would be soundproof to

give them privacy while discussing their missions.

The missions that they have been receiving from big-time clients

are certified underground; no one knows who they are for they are just

contacted through their e-mail and they became well-known because of the

recommendations of their past clients.

"Yep, nagpasundo na'ko total naman ay dadaan siya sa shop ko",

Fina smiled sweetly.

"Ang sabihin mo umandar na naman ang pagiging kuripot mo kaya ayaw

mong mag-taxi", sundot naman ni Art at umupo na. "Your already filthy rich Fin,

but you're still too frugal. A car is a good investment you know, right Dike?"

"Yeah, sure", she answered. Boredom is evident on her face and she

had been looking at her watch from time to time.

Minutes later when their sister Venus, who have always been late

on all their meetings, arrived. Dressed like a prima-donna, living up to her

name.

"Where the hell have you been Venus? You are always late!!", Athena asked irritably.

"I'm sorry sis. I have to fix my schedule first since this meeting

is so abrupt and unannounced and I have a photoshoot. I have to finish it first

before coming in here", maarte nitong sabi sabay upo ng mahinahon and smiled to

everybody inside the room.

"Well, may I remind you then that you are not only one here that

have a lot of works to do . Everyone here has a life too you know, pero—",

Napatigil siya ng Makita ang babae na ginagaya siya at bumubuka

buka pa ang bibig ngunit walang boses na lumalabas.

"Are you listening to me Venus?!", inis niyang saad sa kapatid.

"Come on En, loosen up. Your so tight you know",at tumawa ng

nang-uuyam. Alam na niya kung saan mapupunta ang mga sinasabi nito kaya iniinis

na lang niya.

"Tama na yan Venus. Si Athena pa rin ang pinakamatanda sa atin, you

should respect her and please sis, stop acting prima donna", may diin saad ni

Art kay Venus.
