Chapter 7: Welcome To Santa Monica.

GABRIELLE ANDERSON:

(Lunch The Following Monday)

"Jack!!", I say shoving him.

"Ew I cannot believe he ate that!!!", Hannah squeals.

"Dude your gonna have stank breath for days.", ayden adds.

"Oh come on guys, it was just a Brussel Sprout.", Jack says wiping his hand.

"ATTENTION EVERYONE"

We all turn our heads to look at some football jockeys standing on a table.

"As you guys know, we are leaving for the Annual Back to School Sunmer Trip to Santa Monica this Friday. It's $1250, but if you are able to bring a plus one you can get $200 off."

We all turn to look back at eachother.

"Shit. That's this Friday???", Hannah says.

"I mean I can pay for it. But Hannah wanna be my plus one?", ayden asks.

Hannah nods, she looks at me and Jack. "Yall two gonna go together?

I look at Jack who's looking at me. I nod.

"Hell yeah!", Ayden says smirking at Jack.

Just then, the bell for 6th period goes off.

"See you guys around!!", I say.

(Gabi's Room, Friday Morning.)

"You promise you've packed everything right?", my moms asks for the 100th time.

"Yes mom. I promise.", I say grabbing my phone.

"Okay, I love you sweetie. Be safe.."

I walk over to my mom and hug her sweetly. "Of course mom!"

I walk outside, where my cab is waiting and put my luggage in the trunk.

As soon as I got to the airport, I found Jack waiting for me.

"Aww. Standing alone I see? Where's Hannah and Ayden?", I ask.

"They went to the Starbucks on the other side of the airport.", Jack says, then turns to point to the Coffee Bar to the left. "That one was way too busy, and Hannah said she needed her coffee so."

I laugh. "Any idea who your assigned to sitting by on the plane?"

Jack nods. "Sadly. Not by you. I have to sit by Ruby."

I almost laugh out load again. "Ew man, I feel sorry for you. You know where I can find out who I'm sitting by?"

"Yeah over on the ta-"

Just then Jake comes running over to me, "Hey, looks like we are seating partners!!"

I look at him, then over to Jack who's glaring at Jake.

"Oh that's great.", I say hoping Jake would catch my sarcasm.

"Well uh...see you on the plane."

Jake walks back to Lucas.

"Damn, I feel just as bad for you", Jack says.

"Oh come on. Hes not bad.", I say looking at my phone.

"Its Jake Dawson."

I glare at Jack. "He's not a criminal. Even if he's got a reputation. Still."

"Sureee.", Jack says.

I felt like we waited around for Hannah and Ayden for hours. Finally them came back just as our flight was called. Luckily for me, Hannah and Ayden sat together about 2 rows away from me. While on the other hand, Jack sat more rows away than I could count.
