"So you and Jennie's sister?" Lisa looks at her friend with a look, she was surprised to see Chaeyoung blushing.

"S-shut up!"

"Oh? Park Chaeyoung blushing I see?" Lisa teased as Chaeyoung looks away, "I never thought I would see you falling for someone."

"She's just different." Chaeyoung explained, "something about her is different." Lisa wrapped her arm around her friend and smiles.

"Well, shoot your shot. We only live once." Lisa says as Chaeyoung smiled sadly, it was a sad reality.

Chapter 8: Friendship

Chaeyoung and Lisa grew up together, they did everything together. Nothing would ever come in between them. Lisa knew what had happened to Chaeyoung and brought her in, as if Chaeyoung would forever be her sister.

Chaeyoung was never seen as a monster to Lisa, in fact, Lisa found it cool.

"You're not afraid?"

"Why would I? You have fucking powers! You know how cool that is?!"

Chaeyoung and Lisa walked to their home as Chaeyoung closed the door behind her, Lisa drops her bag and lays on the couch.

"I'm exhausted!" She loudly says as Chaeyoung laughs, "Being human sucks!"

"It's not that bad..." Chaeyoung says but Lisa groans,

"I get a period, You don't!" Lisa complained as Chaeyoung widens her eyes, "that's the worst!"

"I forgot about that." Chaeyoung says, "Well, I'm lucky." She says before snapping her fingers and disappearing.

"Annoying." Lisa mumbled before dozing off on the couch.

Chaeyoung was in her room as she hangs upside down while playing darts, she threw the dart and missed the board.

"Come on! I was close!" She wasn't.

Defeated, Chaeyoung falls onto her bed as she looks up at her ceiling. It had glowing stars as she hated the darkness, it was her fear. Yes, someone like her was afraid of the dark.

Chaeyoung sighs as she felt bored, obvious Jisoo was probably busy and she didn't feel like seeing her today.

"I'm not a monster!"

"You're a ******** for God sakes! You'll always be a killing machine! Because that's what you're only good at!"

"No, I refuse to kill the innocent unlike you."

"You're a park, you'll always be known for what I did."

"Well fuck you too, Dad." Chaeyoung bitterly said before getting off of her bed.

It would always make Chaeyoung wonder why Lisa never judge her, Lisa wasn't in love with her. They both knew that. Maybe it was their friendship?

Chaeyoung walks downstairs as she sees Lisa's feet hanging off of couch, she shakes her head and walks over to see the Thai with her mouth open, a sound of a photo was clicked. Chaeyoung threw her phone aside and picked up the girl, Lisa would always be a human.

It scared Chaeyoung if Lisa would be at the wrong place in the wrong time, it haunts Chaeyoung to know if she would ever hurt her. Reason why, Chaeyoung doesn't use her powers much around Lisa.

She placed the girl on her yellow sheeted bed and tucks her in before leaving, she closed the door and stared at the handle where her hand was.

"Chaeyoung!"

"Chaeyoung help us!"

"Yah Chaeyoung, You're doing this to the people that raised you?!"

Chaeyoung felt her hand burn and she rips her hand away from the doorknob, she could still hear her parents and sibling scream in that fire. The one she was killed in.

"Burn you demon!"

Jisoo was sitting in her bed as night fell, she slept through the day as usual. Her book was in her hands and glasses were on, who knew a vampire could have bad vision too!

"Yes?" She said as the scent of strawberry perfume and sudden weight was on her lap, Chaeyoung lays her head on Jisoo's lap as the older didn't pay attention to her. No heartbeat.

"How's your book?" Chaeyoung asks as Jisoo finishes her chapter,

"You could tell a human wrote this, this isn't even accurate." Jisoo complained causing Chaeyoung to smile, "like how does a vampire sparkle in the sun!? We either burn or are immune to it!" Jisoo held her head.

"Well, you are reading Twilight..." Chaeyoung says, "People like a little sparkle." Chaeyoung teases as Jisoo whines.

"This is inaccurate."

"It's brings people joy."

"I suppose so, why aren't you at home?"

"Well Lisa's asleep, I'm bored, and only know you so..."

"You live with Lisa?"

"Yeah, I always did. Lisa's like my sister."

"Oh, aren't you tired then? It's 1am"

"I can't fall asleep" Chaeyoung said as she lifts her head to look at Jisoo, "besides I would rather be here with you~"

"...Get out."

"Come on! That was good!" Chaeyoung laughs loudly as Jisoo pushed her away, "I'm smooth!"

"That was horrible."

"Your face says otherwise~"

"Your blind-"

"-ed by your love"

"I will choke you."

"I mean... I'm not into that but if it's from you then-"

"YAH!"

"Hehe."
