Irene and Seulgi haven't woken up yet as they were healing, Wendy was well...Jisoo was taking care of her sister after years of not taking care of her.
Jennie ate cereal as Jisoo drank her morning blood, she'd rather die than stomach that.
"Will they be okay?" Jennie asks as Jisoo drinks, "They haven't woken up yet."
"They'll be fine." Jisoo dismisses, "get your bag, your friends are here" she placed her cup in the sink as the knock on the front door was heard.
"How-"
Chapter 9: Jisoo, It's Lisa.
Jennie walked with Lisa and Chaeyoung to school as the three were walking in the rain, Jennie held her umbrella as she looks at the ground.
"Are you okay?" Chaeyoung asks as Jennie looks up at her, "Is it the rain? It does make people depressed doesn't it?" She asks as Jennie shakes her head,
"No, it's just...you have siblings, don't you?" Lisa snaps her head to look at her friend, Chaeyoung smiles and looks away.
"I did."
"Jisoo Unnie and I aren't as close as we used to be." Jennie frowns, "ever since I've gotten older she just pushes me away." Jennie confessed.
"Well, you are sisters." Lisa says, "maybe she has her reasons."
"But why? We grew up together! Hell, I can't even hang out with her!"
"Jisoo is just reserved." Chaeyoung says, "have you ever thought of looking from her perspective?"
"Her perspective?"
"I mean, she did raise you for most of your childhood. She had to grow up earlier than anyone to take care of you." Chaeyoung says as Jennie stops walking.
"How do you know that?" Jennie asks confused as Chaeyoung halts to a stop, Jennie's eyes glared at her. She's never mentioned that to them-
"Uh..." Chaeyoung smiles nervously,
In a flash, Chaeyoung was pushed against a stone wall as Jennie had her hand against her throat. Lisa jumped before rushing toward them, Chaeyoung looks down at the girl and smirked. She grabbed Jennie's head and dug her nails in,
"Enough! You two!" Lisa shouts as she was roughly pushed by Jennie. She fell to the wet ground as Jennie lets Chaeyoung go, Chaeyoung looked at her friend and glared at Jennie.
"What else do you know?" Jennie asks as Chaeyoung looks at her angrily,
"I know that your parent's death was Your fault-"
"Chaeyoung!" Lisa shouts as Jennie punched Chaeyoung in the face,
"Your family deserved to die because of you." Jennie spat before disappearing leaving the two friends there in the rain alone.
"You had to say that!?" Lisa asks as Chaeyoung smiles, "Jennie's gonna hate us!"
"Well, she finally had the guts to act like her kind." Chaeyoung says before standing up, "about damn time."
"Don't be an ass."
"I couldn't care less if Jennie likes me or not, I didn't want to be friends with her." Chaeyoung reminds Lisa, "let's go, we're going to be late." She says picking up her umbrella as Lisa watched her best friend walk away.
"What am I going to do?"
After school, Lisa walked home as Jennie and Chaeyoung weren't talking to each other for the entire day. Hell, Lisa ate alone today. She walks up to the front door steps and knocks waiting for the door to be answered.
"Yes?" Jisoo opened the door to see Lisa, "oh, Lisa! Jennie's not home"
"I came here to talk to you."
"I see, well come in! I don't want you to catch a cold." Jisoo chuckled as Lisa walks in, she snaps her fingers as the door closed shut.
Chaeyoung was home alone as the words of Jennie haunt her, she sat on the couch and watched the memory in front of her. She sits back and watched that very night-
Chaeyoung sat in the corner as she looks at her hands, her family looks at her worried as the priest splashed holy water on her. She screamed as it burned her skin, she begged for it to stop but it never did.
Chaeyoung fell to the ground as she screamed in pain, her body screamed at her.
"What do we do father?" Chaeyoung's father asks as the man looks at her,
"We kill her." The father says as he grabbed his cross, Chaeyoung punched the ground as the house lit in flames.
"Y-you'll go down too." Chaeyoung says weakly before hearing the screams of her family, "You'll join me in hell."
Chaeyoung bitterly swallowed the water before looking away, she killed her family without a doubt. Her childhood was dark, her father wasn't a good man and her mother was hardly paying attention to her. Human life didn't treat her well.
"Do you want a better life?"
"Yeah"
"Then shall we do an exchange?"
"For what?"
"Your soul for a new life."
She sold herself to the devil, for a "new" life.
"Damn Jennie." She complained as she couldn't think about anything else.
