TWS: Underage drinking, implied/mentioned child abuse. Also just an A/N, I'm thinking of making this into a story, but right now I only have small ideas.  Thinking of it being a stranger things idea, but idk. Tell me your thoughts in the comments!

Roman was drunk, that much was obvious. He swung back and forth, spilling his beer. He giggled upon seeing Virgil, "Well if it isn't Mr.Bad boy Virgil?" He teased, words slurring together.

Virgil laughed, "Yeah. It's me, don't freak too much." but Roman just shrugged as if he didn't care. He stalked towards Virgil, gripping his arms.

He smelt of beer and weed. Roman rested his head on Virgil's shoulder. "Are you drunk?" Virgil asked, pushing Roman off of him. Roman frowned.

"Do I look drunk to you?"

"Yes."

They stared at each other. Before Roman sighed, "Yeah, okay." Virgil raised an eyebrow, clearly not taking that as an answer. "Yes, Virgil, I am drunk and high," He paused, letting the words sink in, "off of your love." He finished, a smirk plastered on his face.

Virgil shook his head, laughing in disbelief. He struggled to believe that Roman even knew what drugs were, so seeing him higher than the moon was a shock, to say the least.

"What would your parents think of this?" Roman seemed to think about the question, before eventually shrugging. He mumbled something incoherent. Virgil didn't press the issue.

Roman smiled, seemingly thankful for this. He was about to respond when a girl came into the room. Roman stared at her, and she winked. Roman smiled, giggling. He walked after her, but Virgil grabbed his arm.

A bit too tight for his self-proclaimed enemy. Almost as if he was jealous that Roman was going after the girl. "Not so fast, pretty boy," Virgil said, making Roman huff in disappointment. He came to the party to get drunk and laid by some pretty girl who would let him forget what happened.

The plan was not to get stopped by Virgil and fight with him again. "Let's get you home, how about that?" Virgil asked, interrupting his thought process. Roman stared at Virgil, he looked closer into his eyes. He saw how tired Virgil looked with bags and his eyes just barely opened. His heart raced, beating louder. His skin was pale and it made his blue eyes pop. He studied his outfit, and a purple button-up with two buttons popped open. His pants were black and very tight. Roman gulped.

"Okay, take me home Snow White." With little hesitation from his drunk mind, Roman agreed that it wouldn't hurt to go with a boy who was as pretty as the snow that was outside.

Virgil laughed at the new nickname. "How fitting," he mumbled. Roman laughed with him, grabbing onto his arm, and letting Virgil drag him into the car.

It was a rusted old purple Camaro. Roman chuckled, "Nice car you got there." Virgil ignored his comment, rolling his eyes at how even when drunk Roman was an A+ asshole.

He turned on the radio, 'Should I stay or should I go' blasted through the car. Roman laughed at the irony of the song and his current conflict. Should he stay here in this boring town where nightmares haunt him or should he go far far away? He chose not to think about it, he was too drunk to deal with this. He gave Virgil the address, and with that Virgil drove off.

Roman sat in the passenger seat quietly. Virgil didn't say anything, but something felt off about Roman lately. He didn't fight with him as much, and he wasn't half as annoying as he used to be. Virgil kept his eyes on the road, except with the occasional glance at Roman who was staring at him.

Roman stared at Virgil, his eyes roaming the other's body. He considered everything. He saw how the other nervously tapped on the steering wheel, ocean blue eyes searching for his house. His heart stopped when he saw a bruise that was just barely visible.

Roman spoke without any hesitation, "Is that a bruise on your chest?" Virgil stopped everything at once, the car swerved, but he quickly put it back onto the road.

Almost instantly Virgil saw his way out. There it was on the side of the road, by a bunch of other houses. He smirked but not in a condescending manner. "Oh look we're here." He mentioned, silently begging that Roman would get out of the car.

But Roman stayed, glaring at Virgil's chest. "No. I'm not leaving until you tell me what's on your chest." He huffed, crossing his arms. A now sober Roman looked Virgil straight in the eye with angry green eyes. Virgil gulped silently. He looked down at the yellowish bruise on his chest. Roman eyes flickered between Virgil's chest and his eyes.

"It's a hickey. Stop staring at my chest, you weirdo." Virgil pushed Roman lightly, sighing in relief when Roman leaves the car in muted fury.
