TWS: This is long, like 3k word long. Main Character death, toxic relationships, cheating done by a main character, gaslighting(?), and then this is just a short disclaimer that I have posted this on a different account of mine as an original story.

History. Virgil's favorite class has always been history. Everything was clear and layed out for you in history. It wasn't like math whime you had to find out what x and y were. It wasn't like english, whime you have to read to figure out if the protagonist will find him one true love just for the book to end in a cliffhanger.

Love, Virgil hates love. The door slammed open, irrunpenting the teachim from talking. A girl came from the door, he had platinum blonde hair. His face was flushed a pretty pink color. The teacher stared at him, crossing her arms at the sight of a tardy student. "Can I help you sir?"

The boy smiled awkwardly, Virgil didn't recognize him but he was pretty. Very pretty. Virgil gulped quietly and his face felt hot. "Yes, I'm a new student, is this Mrs.Davis's room?" Mrs.Davis nodded, her face lighting up with recognition.

"I am so sorry, I must have forgotten it's Wednesday. Please go sit by," Mrs.Davis paused, looking around the room for an empty seat. She smiled. she saw the empty seat in the back, "go sit by Virgil."

Virgil raised his hand, and the new boy smiled walking over to him. He sat down as Virgil turned to look at him. Virgil bites his lip to prevent a gasp. New boy had gorgeous forest green eyes.

"Roman." he whispered, holding out his hand. Virgil blinked, confused.

"What?" Virgil asked, a little louder than intended.
New boy laughs. "Roman. My name is Roman."

"Oh." Virgil whispers, his face permanently red from being around a pretty girl and for making himself look stupid in front of said pretty girl.

"I'm Virgil."

Roman chuckles again, "I know." he whispers back to his new friend. Virgil smiles.

"Where did you move from? Assuming you moved." Virgil asked, Roman just smiled.

"A small place called, ." Roman paused , letting virgil get anxious for an answer. "Not telling you." He finally answered. Making Virgil scoff, slightly offended by the snark in Roman's deep voice.

"Seriously, do you have to be so.." Virgil stopped talking, fingers tapping on the desk.

"So what?" Roman asked, smirking.

Virgil rolled his eyes. "You know what I mean." he groans. The teacher stopped talking, going over to the two boys.

"Would you like to tell me what's so interesting that you're talking about me?" The boys violently shook their heads. The teacher crossed her arms, glaring at the talkative students.

"No ma'am. Virgil was talking to me, but I didn't respond." Virgil turned his head to face Roman. he scowled at the other boy.

"He's lying Miss. I'm your best student, why would I talk in class?" Virgil asked, smiling sweetly at the teacher. The teacher rolled her eyes. She was not going to deal with this all year. Honestly, she didn't believe either of them. She gave both boys an after school detention for talking when she was talking and then lying to a teacher.

It wasn't until a year later, sophomore year, that the boys finally talked again. It was lunch, and they had accidentally sat by each other. Roman felt something or someone brush against his side. he turned around at the same time Virgil did.

He rolled his eyes, imendentily annoyed. "Oh. Look, it's the boy who has been ignoring me for the last year. How friendly of him to sit by me." Virgil scoffed.
