Growing up as the only daughter of a New York City's Wall Street Mogul and Fashion obsessed mother, Daisy Astor never had a stable home life. She was used to not knowing about her parent's whereabouts as they jetted around the world.
However, that only means that Daisy Astor clings to all the stability she receives in her life.
She clings to her friends, her school and her grandparents. But what she sticks to the most are summers at Cousins Beach, tanning at the Country Club and a love-sick puppy called Conrad Fisher that has been following her tails for as long as she can remember.
Yet, this summer is different. No calls, no invitations to late-night swimming sessions at the beach and no escorts for Debutant Balls. It leaves Daisy utterly confused and irritated.
