Confused was one way to label Daisy's mind as she stood next to Nicole at her Party. She couldn't shake away the emptiness she had felt since her almost kiss with Conrad earlier that day and it wasn't that she had never kissed him before. We all remember the bonfire. But there it was different. Sure it felt right, but it was a party and she wanted to let loose. Today was just different and confusing and maddening. That is how Daisy found herself drowning her 3rd Martini of the night, making her slightly tipsy already when she heard Nicole greet Belly.
"Belly, you came!" Nicole exclaimed excitingly, approaching the Asian girl.
"Hey, Nicole. You look so pretty," Belly complimented, before spotting the blonde with a martini glass behind her, "Oh wow, Daisy, you look gorgeous, how is your head?"
"Fine" Daisy slurred a little, making Nicole sighed softly, shaking her head at her best friend, before turning back to Belly.
"Oh, me? Look at you. Oh, my goodness. Are those real flowers?" Nicole exclaimed, inspecting the flower crown.
"Yes," Belly replied smiley.
"Incredible. Well, we have to show Gigi," Nicole stated, grabbing Daisy by the arm and leading Belly to her birthday table.
"Guys look who's here," Nicole said to the group of girls.
"Happy Birthday," all greeted the girl, flustering Belly slightly "Thank you. Thank you, guys. Um, is this for me?"
Belly asked bashfully, as Nicole lit the candles. It seemed all surreal for the younger Conklin. How could these girls throw a party for a girl they barely knew?
"Who else would it be for, Belly?" Nicole asked as if it was obvious.
"Oh my... Thank you, guys. These cakes are amazing Nicole"
"I never miss the chance to have a Sofia Coppola moment," Nicole replied, shrugging slightly, before grabbing Daisy's hand, "Besides it was all thanks to this pretty little drunk girl"
"Okay well Belly, make a wish" Daisy spoke drunkenly, as she sipped on her fifth or sixth? drink.
"Oh, Belly, where is Jeremiah?" Gigi asked curiously, making Daisy smile teasingly at her friend.
"Um, I think he is over by the drinks table," Belly answered, a little uneasy.
"Who's thirsty?" Gigi asked the group, to which Marisa replied, "You, clearly"
