Laughs and giggles could be heard from a small group of teenagers at their lunch table, "We have plenty of time there's nothing to worry about". The owner of the voice who spoke had long silky blue hair, she was adorned with a white blouse and a red plaid skirt. Her red ribbon wrapped around her neck completing the top half of her uniform, the girls' white and red knee high socks fitting her feet perfectly and protecting them from her harsh plain white shoes. The female stood from the table and grabbed her bag, turning to look at her friends. She smiled and gave a short wave. "I'll see you all after class yeah? Meeting up at the usual spot I hope~" Her tone of voice was smooth and flirty almost, as she started walking away a voice from her group stopped her. "Of course Arabella, oh and good luck I heard Mr. Fultimire is in a bad mood today." With nothing but a curt nod the bluenette now known as Arabella walked away to class.
Busy and loud hallways seemed like nothing but background noise to Arabella. Her head held high as her walk was proud as if she had a reputation to carry, and if she did, then she was doing an amazing job at that. Stairs, to say Arabella hated stairs was an understatement. The school uniform had forced the girls to wear skirts and walking up the stairs in them was always a pain. Unfortunately for the teen Mr. Fultimire's class is on the third floor, she always hated his class. Her other weakness, Calculus. She never understood math, it was always too confusing for her to understand. Entering back into reality Arabella yawned and continued her way up the many stairs. Walking into Mr. Fultimire's class she went to her assigned seat in the middle of the class near the windows. Taking out her lavender composition notebook that was labeled Calculus, the notes were neatly organized and color-coded. Gazing up at the board with jade glossed eyes.
"Aetas.." Muttering the Latin word for time under her breath Arabella was glad class and school was finally over. Mr. Fultimire was most definitely in a bad mood today, extra work in class and even homework?
Walking back down the stairs the bluenette placed her bag in her car and pulled out her phone. Calling one of her friends from the friend group asking if they were all about to leave and meet up at their normal spot. Of course she got the answer she expected, they were all loading up to go hangout at the spot. Getting into the driver's seat of her car she started the car. Turning up her music and leaning back into the seat she let out a soft sigh before sitting up and pulling out of the school parking lot. With every song that came on the female would perform small dances to herself. As the time went by it got later, Arabella had finally arrived at the after school hangout spot. A grim and run-down cabin in the forest, the pathway to the cabin was nearly invisible and hard to follow. The tall trees loomed over the old pathway and cabin. Walking to the cabin Arabella now held a smile unlike her past solemn gaze. Opening the front food of the cabin Arabella was met with a warm and familiar sensation, her favorite thing. Making her way to the group she sat on the couch and closed her eyes.
Not even moments later her eyes snapped open and a fear glazed look washed over her face. Not even needing words to understand the rest of the group knew what had happened. "Aetas" Arabella mumbled a simple word under her breath. Standing up in a panic she and the other ran out of the cabin. Time flew too fast, the group had set out into the forest, soon splitting up. The few pieces of moonlight shine through the dim and somber forest. The trees lumbered over the paths that seemed to be old and hard to follow. The ominous sounds were nothing but a faint background, panting and crunches of leaves soon echoed across the forest. A small blur of blue was not hard to spot in the foreboding forest. The small blur of blue appeared to be a young girl, her silky blue hair now covered in sweat, dirt and small twigs, the old white blouse and red plaid skirt she wore now torn and mudded. Muttering under her breath "We were never going to make it".
