Heeseung didn't show up in class for the rest of the day.

Sunoo spent the rest of the day wallowing in his thoughts, wondering whether he wanted to confront Heeseung or disappear and run away to London. It would be a lot of effort to learn English though, so maybe he could just stay home forever so he won't have to face his friends again.

He ignored Jungwon for the whole day, and surprisingly he received no messages from the younger male. It was understandable though, whenever Jungwon wanted to talk seriously he would always do it in person so he would be able to truly show how he was feeling.

Sunoo admired his best friend for that but he didn't admire the fact that Jungwon had possibly blown most of his chances with Heeseung. Not that Sunoo was in it to get Heeseung to fall for him, but he had worked so hard in becoming close to the male on who he had the biggest crush.

Yep, in the little incident between them and Heeseung's absence, Sunoo had come to the realisation that he does like Heeseung. Maybe a little too much, but it didn't matter anyway since Heeseung was probably never going to talk to him again.

While lying in his bed at night, Sunoo stared at his poster-covered walls and sighed to himself. At first, he was blaming himself for the fight, seeing that maybe trying to get Jungwon and Heeseung to interact was probably not the best thing to do, especially since Jungwon hated Heeseung with a passion.

He wasn't even sure where that outburst had come from, but he was more upset at Heeseung's reaction. After the days they had spent together, Heeseung shouldn't have pushed him away like that, especially since he was so sure they were past that stage.

That was what upset Sunoo the most and being the overthinker he was, he couldn't stop thinking about it all night. The more he pondered, the more he knew that he couldn't just let this issue go like nothing happened and he couldn't just run away from Heeseung either.

Besides, tomorrow was a new school day and he had three classes with Heeseung.

----------------------

The bell had rung again, maybe even louder than usual because it kept ringing in Sunoo's ears as a reminder, that he was going to face this issue one way or another. He took as long as possible heading out of class, hoping that break would be over before he even got there.

He entered the cafeteria once again and froze in the doorway, looking over the swarm of students in the room. Almost instantly, he spotted the dark-blue-haired male in his hoodie with his hands in his pockets and headphones over his ears.

Sunoo gnawed on his bottom lip as he contemplated going to sit with Heeseung. He looked over at his table where Jungwon was sitting with Niki, chatting happily about something. He honestly wasn't in the mood to see Jungwon after what the younger had said yesterday, so he turned back to Heeseung.

Besides, he needed to speak to Heeseung about what had happened and he had so many questions.

So inhaling deeply and holding his head high, he walked through the sea of tables, ignoring the stares he received from all the popular kids as he made a straight beeline for Heeseung's table. He knew almost everyone had seen the small incident that happened yesterday and the fact that no one had said anything about it was even more nerve-wracking. He felt as nervous as he had felt the first time he had gone to sit with the older, except this time he was probably just as upset as Heeseung was.

He arrived at the table, Heeseung seemingly not noticing him as his eyes remained closed. Sunoo plopped his bag down onto the table and sat down, startling the older as he snapped his eyes open.
