BELLA SITS AT THE BREAKFAST TABLE IN HER HOUSE, her legs crossed up and leant against the table and a hood covering her puffy red eyes from crying the night before in her bed over Max, Bella had never felt like this towards someone before and it was scaring the girl. She was unfamiliar with the feelings and it was terrifying, especially with finally coming out too Grace. Bella didn't even begin to think about coming out too anyone else, too scared they'd tell someone wrong and then the rumour would spread like wildfire and she would be branded 'the f*g of Hawkins'.

Erica squirts maple syrup over her blueberry pancakes still dressed in her pink floral pyjamas. Charles was sat at the table reading a news paper not paying all that much attention to anything, Sue in the kitchen cleaning up breakfast and Lucas was sat beside Bella, not eating his food and deep in thought. Bella was wearing comfy clothes, some jogging bottoms and a dark red hoodie. "That's enough, Erica." Sue orders from the kitchen.

"Uh-uh." Erica shakes her head, continuing to pour the syrup onto her pancakes.

"Dad." Lucas speaks up, Charles replies with a hum, "When Mom's mad at you, how do you make her not mad?" Bella looks up at him, she knows exactly who he was talking about. Max wasn't just mad with Bella, she was mad with Lucas too and Lucas had a massive crush on the red head. The Sinclair girl looks down, bringing her hand too her mouth and beginning to bite down on her nails, an old habit she has and only does when she's angry with herself or nervous.

"Hmm." Sue smirks a little, intrigued by the question as she sits down at the table. "That's a great question. How do you, hon?" She lays her head on her hand and looks at her husband with a smile spread across her face.

"First. I apologise." Charles states, "Then, I get your mother whatever she wants."

"Even when she's wrong?" Lucas asks, sitting back in his seat.

The father lowers his news paper, looking at his son, "She's never wrong, son."

"That's right." Sue grins, touching Charles' hand as he goes back to reading the news paper. Bella is listening too the conversation and has an idea on what to do for Max, Bella does not want to have a crush on Max but the red head was already under her skin, in every single corner of her head, so there was no use in denying it anymore. Bella was going to write a song for Max and it was going to be her best work yet.
