"Right this way, Sir," the masked man guided the harbinger down the hall. "This is our Alpha Wing. Each one here has entered a rut and should be able to satisfy." He gestured. "Our muzzles are state of the art and the animal types range from dog to dragon. Feel free to browse and let me know if you'd like to become a patron."
"Dragon?" Childe adjusted his mask and walked the hall. His hand trailed along the glass as he passed by each chained alpha. "Hm, not my type. Not this one either. Why does this one look underage?" Childe shook his head. There wasn't going to be an alpha here that would satisfy him but if he didn't do something soon the suppressants wouldn't be much of assistance.
"What's that smell?" Childe brought his hand to his mask and covered where his nose was. He looked at the very end of the hallway to see the supposed 'dragon' cage. "How can his smell leak all the way out here?" He got closer and with each step the scent overpowered him.
"Honored patron, this is our dragon," the attendant gestured. Sure enough. His golden horns, scales, and that tail were proof enough. There were chains wrapped around his limbs and chains around those chains. He was in the worst of his rut.
"Does he not get picked that often?" Childe asked.
"Most of our patrons enjoy overpowering the alphas we have to offer. This dragon is fierce and intimidating. He reminds many patrons of the years before the Omega Alliance when alphas dominated society."
"Yes or no?"
"No, Sir, he is rarely chosen."
"Alright, prep him."
"Sir?" his voice cracked. Childe could sense his fear without looking. He was a beta but still terrified of entering a room with the dragon? Interesting.
"I expect a discount for not getting a proper room," Childe opened the door. "Lower the blinds," he said as the door closed.
"As you wish, Sir," the attendant nodded and the window darkened as blinds fell. Soft lighting filled the room. Golden in nature to accent the dragon's warmer colors.
"This smell," Childe coughed. "It's strong enough to start my heat a week early."
Childe expected the chained dragon to fight his chains the moment he entered but there was no response. Perhaps he was nervous about chasing someone away? Was he not as fierce as the attendant believed? Childe walked over to him. The dragon made eye contact but didn't move off of the ground. Instead, his long nails dug into it, scraping the floor. He wasn't snarling but Childe could see his jaw was clenched. His sharper teeth were poking out of his lips.
"I'm sure you know what your job here is, right?" Childe stepped closer, lightly tapping the dragon's leg to move it. The dragon sat up, using his tail to support him. He moved his arm slightly but the chain immediately pulled it back, slamming him into the wall. He grunted, with his hands above his head.
"Must be hard to do your job if they don't even let you move," Childe squatted down in front of him, resting his chin on his hand and his elbow on his knee. He smiled under his mask.
Childe reached out to touch the thin robe. He moved it to the side, watching the ribbon fall, and was surprised to see the scales were only in patches. He slid his hand down, toward the dragon's cock, and the dragon's tail lightly tapped Childe's hand, swatting it away.
"I'm paying good money for you, you know," Childe couldn't hide the humor in his voice. "How long are you going to try and resist? Aren't you feeling all hot and bothered at the worst levels right now?" Childe's fluffy ears popped out. "Oh dear, you are triggering my heat, I don't think I can be civil much longer." Childe reached up to touch his ear, trying to push it back and make it disappear but once the animal features started they didn't go away. There was only one method to get rid of them.
