Cassi POV
Fear was racing up and down my spine. Ever since I had left my pack all those years ago, I had tried not to think about HIM. It took all I had not to run away and curl up into a ball, the way I did when I was young.
But things were different now.
I was stronger. I had my gang. I was no longer little Cassiopiea who used to hide from the monsters in her life. Now I was Cassi, and now I was the one the monsters hid from.
"Father dearest, it is so wonderful to see you." I sneered. His jaw twitched. He hated it when females adressed him without his permission. Sexist pig. I suddenly had a thought. It's time to get daddy dearest to lose his temper. Once he did, he always had to go for a run in wolf form, which would get him out of the packhouse for a couple of hours. That would give me time to brief the rest of the gang what was going on.
"Cassiopiea, still befriending the riffraff I see" His eyes landed on Garreth, who had followed me into the room. Instead of rewarding him with a response, I turned to Garreth, who was looking confused. I suddenly remembered that the sexist pig hated not understanding what people were saying, and thanks to gang headquarters being in London, the whole gang could easily put on a thick London accent.

Garreth was now trying desperately not to laugh. "Alrig luv, bu i willabea reminding u offa this wen u fin ur mate"
Father was now slowly turning red as he tried to understand what we were saying. Any minute now he was going to....
