Mike had talked to Eddie after Will's welcome home party. Eddie didn't mind having another party, especially since he could tell Mike really cared about Will. Mike told him how before Will moved he said he'd never join another campaign, and he didn't. Eddie told Mike to bring him to the next hellfire meet, which was going to be the next day at Mike's.

After Mike's talk with Eddie he rushed home to call Will. He ran through the door and over to the phone. He picked it up off the hook and spun the dial, entering Will's house number. It rang. "Hello, this is Joyce." "Hi Mrs.Byers, is Will around?" Mike paused, chewing on his thumb.  "Oh, hi Mike! Yes, I'll go get him one second." There was a silence for a moment before Will got to the phone. "Hey Mike!" Mike smiled to himself. "Hey Will, listen I just talked to Eddie and he said that you should come to the next Hellfire meet. It's tomorrow at my house." Will smiled on the other end, playing with his locket. "I'd love that, what time?" "Six." Mike was very excited to play with Will again, he loved their DnD meets. He still felt bad about how he'd done Will before he moved. "You gotta let me borrow your books, since I donated mine." Will chuckled into the phone and Mike smiled to himself. "Deal. See you at six tomorrow." Will smiled. "It's a deal." The both hung up. Will was a bit nervous, he hasn't really been around Eddie before but all his friends thought he was really cool, so maybe he was.

The next day, six o'clock rolled around. Eddie was setting up his books and the rest of the gang was showing up. Dustin and Lucas were reviewing their character sheets, and Erica and was picking out her dice. Mike was getting his books together for Will. "Hey guys!"Will waved and smiled at the group. Mike turned around and smiled. "Hey, Will." Eddie perked up and looked at the small boy in front of him. He got up and made he way to greet him. "Hi Will, names Eddie Munson I'm your Dungeon Master. Pleased to meet you properly. I've heard so much." Eddie smiled looked down slightly. "In DnD I play Kas, and you are?" Will smiled as he looked at Eddie. "Will the Wise, pleasure to meet you." Will extended a hand and Eddie shook it. "Now then." He turned around dramatically and went to his seat. "Gather round ladies and gentlemen, for this meeting has officially began. And to those joining us for the first time, welcome to HellFire." Eddie bowed and extended his hands before sitting his is chair.

After a few hours the group paused for snacks, they were all sitting on the couch and in the floor as to not get their DnD stuff dirty. Mike had went upstairs to see if their pizza rolls were done, leave the rest of the group to talk. Dustin, Lucas, and Erica were all talking so Eddie took his chance. He got up and sat beside Will. "Hey kid. I like your necklace." He glanced down at the locket Will was playing with. "Thanks. It's a locket." Will leaned over and open it, showing Eddie the pictures inside. "Did Mike get you that?" Will smiled and flipped the locket over, showing him the engraving. "It's so pretty isn't it?" Eddie smiled and leaned closer. "So, you have a think for Wheeler don't you?" Will face turned bright red as he looked down. "What? No, I like girls!" Eddie rolled his eyes. "Alright, cut the shit, Byers, I'm gay. You can be honest with me, and I'm not blind either." Will's eyes got wide for a second. "Really? Well Um, yeah I think I do." Will smiled and so did Eddie. "Well between us, I kinda gotta thing for Harrington." Eddie winked and put his finger to his lips in a shushing motion. Will nodded. "You don't say anything to Mike and it's a deal." Eddie chuckled as Mike came down the stairs, "I won't tell him, but I'll play match maker if needed." Eddie winked, as they turned their attention to Mike. Eddie stood up and Mike came and set the plate of pizza rolls down. "While you kids are feasting, Mike, may I use your phone?" Mike nodded and pointed upstairs. "It's by the stairs on your left." Eddie quickly hurried up the stairs.

Eddie turned the corner and picker up the the Wheelers house phone. He'd walked to Mike's house with Dustin, so now that it was dark Eddie had absolutely no way home as Dustin was spending the night. He decided the best person to bother would be Steve Harrington. Eddie put the phone up to his ear and spun the dial. It rang for a moment before a voice spoke. "Hello?" Eddie smiled to himself, thank god he picked up.  "Steve! Hey, so um, we had a Hellfire meet at Wheeler's and I kinda walked here with Dustin..and he's sorta staying here.." Eddie's voice trailed off, waiting for Steve to catch his hint. "So you need a ride home, is that it? Munson scared of the dark?" Eddie heard Steve chuckle on the other line, which caused Eddie's cheeks to flush. "Yeah, Yeah, haha. No, but the game should be over in about an hour? If that, the kids are getting restless." It was already nine-thirty and the kids still had sleepover shenanigans to get into. Eddie didn't wanna Interrupt. "I'll be over in a second, I wanna see the little shits anyways." Eddie laughed a bit to himself. "Aright Stevie, I'll see ya shortly." "Bye, Eddie." Eddie hung the phone back onto the hook and heading for downstairs.

"Aright kids, what did I miss?" Eddie smiled entering the room. They were gathered around the TV screen as Mike has out something on to watch. Dustin's eyes darted to and he scooted over on the couch and patted a spot. "Eddie, come sit." Eddie smiled and playfully rolled his eyes. He wasn't gonna say no. He made his way over and sat on the couch next to Dustin and Lucas. "What are we watchin' Henderson?" Eddie leaned over to ask. "Ghostbusters." Dustin smiled before yawning. He looked absolutely exhausted. Dustin was a very active kid, which also meant he tired out quickly. After a few minutes of watching, Eddie felt something on his shoulder. He looked over and Dustin had his head on his shoulder sleeping quietly. Eddie smiled and brought the kid closer to his chest. He nudged Lucas who looked over. "Henderson is out man." Lucas smiled and looked back up at Eddie. "He's quieter like that." Eddie chucked to himself. He wasn't sure why these kids felt so safe with him but he was glad they did. Eddie would protect them with everything he had and he knew they'd do the same for him.
