They weren't sure how long they'd been in the cage for. Sam had gotten out somehow, and then a little while after that, Lucifer disappeared out of nowhere. Adam and Michael had stopped arguing shortly after they had gotten pulled into the cage.
Every once in a while, they would exchange a couple words or at least acknowledge the other's presence. But, for the most part, they ignored each other.
The one thing they would do, though, is stare at each other when the other wasn't looking. Or sometimes they'd lock eyes for a second or two. The truth was, they'd started to develop feelings for each other. But they were both too stubborn to admit it.
That is, until Michael decided he was done hiding how he felt.
"Adam." He said as he walked over to Adam who was standing across the cage from him.
"Hm?" Adam hummed in curiosity as he looked up at Michael.
"Kiss me."
Adam almost choked on air when he heard those words. Was he hearing things right?
"I-I'm sorry. What did you say?"
Michael chuckled, looking at the ground in front of him for a moment before looking back up at Adam
"Listen, I can't hide it anymore. I really like you Adam."
"Oh." He finally caught on, realizing what the first thing Michael said meant. "Well, to give you an answer to the first thing you said.." He trailed off as he grabbed the front of Michael's jacket and pulled their lips together.
"I like you too Michael." He smiled after pulling away just for a second, before going in for another kiss.
