'Today's the day. I'm gonna do it' Dean thought as he put his shoes on and left his room. He walked into the kitchen where he found Sam, with some breakfast made.

"Is that... bacon?" He asked, confused as to why Sam would be making bacon.

"Yes. And no, I'm not eating it. I just, know you didn't have the best day yesterday, and I'm assuming you didn't get a very good night's sleep. So, I made breakfast." Sam replied, smiling and placing a pancake onto a large plate with other pancakes on it.

"Huh." Was all Dean said, before taking a few pieces of bacon and stuffing them in his mouth.

After he ate, Dean got into the Impala, and headed to the store, he wanted to get Cas something. As a thank you for yesterday. Dean had been pinned against the wall by a werewolf, Sam was knocked out, and Cas killed the werewolf and saved Dean, and then they both helped Sam.

He was out of the bunker for about half an hour, or so. He got Cas' present, a stuffed bear, and some other things, beer, pie, etc.

Cas was at the bunker, in his room watching TV, when his phone rang. It was Dean.

D: Hey Cas, what's up?

C: Not much, how are you doing?

D: I'm great, actually. Anyways, I just wanted to see if you were busy or not.

C: I'm not busy, did you need something?

D: Here, meet me at this address. I'll text it to you.

C: Alright.

The phone call ended, and Cas check his text messages. 'Not too far.' He thought. He told Sam where he was going, then headed to the address Dean had sent him. It appeared to be a park, with some benches, a walking trail, and big beautiful trees. It was sunny out, and there weren't many people around. He spotted the Impala, parked near a tree, Dean in the drivers seat listening to music. He walked over and knocked on the window lightly.

"Cas!" Dean said, getting out of the car and hugging Cas.

Cas hugged him back. They walked over to the nearest bench, and sat down.

"So um, Dean? Why did you ask me to come here?" Cas asked.

"Oh nothing, just figured we could both use a break. After yesterday and all," Dean said, blushing slightly, but not enough for Cas to really notice.

Cas just nodded, turning to watch some birds on the ground. "You know, nature is one of the most beautiful creations. Even though Chuck is technically the bad guy, I gotta say, he's got good taste."
