"Alright it's getting dark, let's take a small break." Benny suggested.
"We need to find Cas." Dean said, not wanting to stop.
"C'mon Dean. Just sit down for a moment. He'll be fine." Benny said, sitting on a fallen tree trunk.
"Fine. But only for a moment."
Dean sat down on a rock opposite to Benny.
"Anyone ever tell you how beautiful your eyes are?" Benny asked after a couple minutes out of nowhere.
"Excuse me?"
Benny laughed at Dean's reaction and stood up to walk over to Dean.
"I said," he paused and looked down at Dean, gently cupping Dean's face with his hand."Anyone ever tell you how beautiful your eyes are?" He smiled.
"Actually, no. Well b-besides you I mean." Dean said nervously.
"Voudriez-vous danser avec moi, Winchester?" Benny asked in almost a whisper. Dean's face was blank.
"What?" He asked making Benny laugh.
"Would you like to dance with me, Winchester?" He held his hand out.
Dean was shocked. No man had ever asked him to dance before. He didn't know what else to say, so he just placed his hand in Benny's, and let Benny pull him up. Of course, they didn't have music, but Dean got the privilege of hearing Benny singing softly in French.
Dean let Benny lead the entire dance, and as the dance went on, he eventually laid his head on Benny's shoulder, and closed his eyes. He'd been so stressed about finding Cas, and at the moment he felt at peace and happy. He wrapped his arms around Benny's neck, and hugged him tightly while Benny buried his face in Dean's neck.
"Thank you Benny." Dean whispered.
"Anytime Cher."
