It's Mine

Ryan's sleek long dark haired self stood across the bed backed against the creamy wall. His narrowed eyes were on Andy as much Andy's almond ones were on his.

Andy was first to break eye contact. She looked down on her hands and toyed with them. Mia was sitted on the sofa on the other side, a hand under her jaw staring at them with a bored look.

Thanks to Mia who was so good with descriptions. Andy thought. She probably would have been on her feet by now telling him to get the fuck out that she didn't know him but he had left his embedded touches on her that her body knew too well when his presence was near.

When Mia had frustratingly told her about him, she had listened. When she talked about the long hair he always had in a pony tail whenever he came, Andy had waited for every other information to know if it was him and when she had talked about his coal black eyes and how she didn't know how it could go hazel in a split second. Andy remembered that her heart had missed a beat and it barely could breathe for a moment.

Mia had been quick to decipher. It had been obvious Andy knew who she was talking about. Giving out an exhausted sigh, Mia dropped her head to her hands. She shut her eyes for a split second and without sparing a glance at her, told her everything that had gone down within the past few days not excluding how crazy she had been as well. Andy almost laughed. She could imagine how dramatic Mia was. Maybe in a different situation, she would have actually laughed but certainly not at that moment.

"Be ready to see him Andy Miles. He will be here any minute now you're awake"

Mia had ended it with.

The door swung open to reveal Jace on the doorway, the three had raised their eyes on him. Jace could tell they had not been a conversation....yet.

He passed a paper cup coffee to Ryan who scowled at it and back to him. Taking it back to himself, his eyes caught a stretched out hand from Mia. Jace raised an eyebrow at it. Mia rolled her eyes and mouthed coffee as she turned back to look at him. Jace acted hesitant but gave it to her anyway. Mia mumbled a thanks.

Jace turned back to Ryan and Andy who seemed to be lost in their own world of silence. Jace glared at Ryan who had his eyes dead on him.

'Was he expecting him to help him out on this one?.....no way!'

He leaned on the opened door, a leg bent up, his hands in his pocket, deciding to watch the drama unfold.

Ryan whirled his head back at her. At that moment, he was at loss of words. Here he was in front of the woman carrying the future of his pack in her small belly. He shifted his eyes to her stomach. Andy awkwardly covered it with her hands, her eyes on him. He raised his eyes back to her face.

She was his mate too. She really didn't know how important she was at this point.

There was dead silence as they waited on Ryan and what he was going to say. Andy wasn't watching though. Her adrenaline was popping up as Ryan drew closer to her and sat on the little space beside her on the bed. Jace raised an eyebrow, he wasn't expecting that from his alpha but maybe it wasn't Ryan dominating at that point. She was his mate after all.

Andy was having a heat up moment as Ryan lifted her hand in his. Slowly she raised her skeptical eyes to him once more.

His eyes was hazel. It was coal black moments ago, Andy thought. She was getting shivers and yet inner peace. It felt as if his eyes were calling out to her and something about that feeling felt so comforting.

Ryan was ready to speak but Andy voice had come on

"How sure are you it's your baby?"

Andy soft toned voice asked. She had asked in that unflappable manner but her stormy eyes said otherwise. Ryan chuckled silently. He was such a fine man, Andy thought.
