Chapter 18 : Karina's secret admirer

Our school didn't win in the basketball competition so we're heading to the pool, it's going to have another competition there, i hope our school can win this time.

I'm walking in the hallway to find my locker cause i need to get my books, but then i was stopped because i someone tapped on my shoulder, when i turned around, it's just Jeongmin, she looked at me then said,

"It's about to begin now, why you're still here ?"

I walked to my locker and said,

"I just want to take some of my books."

But then when i opened my locker, something fell on the floor, i looked down to see what is it and realized it's a letter, i picked it up then looked at Jeongmin, we shared a look, i'm hesitated whether i should open it or not, after thinking about it, i decided to just opened it,

"Today our school lost in the first competition but don't worry, i'm sure we'll win next time."

That's what's written in the letter, i give it to Jeongmin and she read it, then she looks at me and said,

"It looks like someone knew that you're worried so he or she tried to convince you."

I know, but then i look back to my locker and there's is a box inside, i wonder who sent these to me, when i opened the box, there's some chocolates inside and they're my favorite flavors.

I think about for a while,

'Who is this person ?'

But then Jeongmin suddenly said,

"Let's go."

So i just ignored it and go the swimming pool, the next competition started right when we arrived, our school is going against a boy called Doyoung, that boy is taller so i don't think we can win, but still, we have to win.

The second day of the Interhigh already ended, luckily our school win this time, somehow i didn't expect it but i'm still happy.

But then when i come back to my class to take my bag to go home, but then j saw a boy who's standing next to my table and looking at it, i don't know who's he and don't know what he's doing here so i slowly approached him and said,

"What are you doing here ?"

I said which made him flinched, he turned to look at me and smiled awkwardly, then he said,

"I'm finding someone but i gotta go now."

He turned to leave but then i suddenly said which made him stopped,

"Who are you by the way ?"

He turned to me once again and said,

"I'm Jeno."

I think i've heard his name somewhere before, but i just ignored it, i feel a bit worried for tomorrow cause it's Jake turn, he'll participate in the competition, not because i'm worry that he'll loose, cause i believed he can do it.

Today is so rainy that athletics competition forced to postpone this afternoon, i'm still at home cause we don't have any classes today, but we can go to school to cheer up for everyone who participated in the athletic competition.
