Chapter 20 : Sudden return

Her voice makes me feel so nervous right now, i keep silent waiting for her to continue, after a while, she said,

[ I bet you missed me a lot, but don't worry, i have good news for you by the way ]

I feel a bit annoyed right now, there's nothing good between me and her, although we're sisters, but she's always cause troubles for me, i don't know why she's calling me right now.

I then said,

"Yeah whatever, what do you want to say, i don't have time to listen to you whole day."

I think she just smiled and said,

[ I'm coming back today so you better come to the airport right now ]

I'm confused when she said that, then i asked her again to make sure i didn't get her wrong, i said,

"What do you mean ?"

She then continued,

[ You didn't hear it wrong, i'll be at Incheon airport in about thirty minutes so just come there and pick me up ]

I'm about to say something else but she's ended the call, i turned to Jake and told him everything she said to me, then we immediately take the taxi to go to the airport.

When we arrived at the airport, it's so crowded here that i can't see anything, it takes us a long time and very hard to get inside, we wait at the entrance for a while, i then saw someone who's waving at me, we stand up and she run to us, she keeps hugging me, while i'm not excited about this, then she said,

"It's been so long, good to see you after so many years, i don't know how much i missed you."

I just smiled awkwardly and said back,

"Yeah....but why you suddenly come back, is there anything wrong with your study at China ?"

She shook her head and said,

"It's a bit complicated, i'll tell you later."

Then i turned to Jake and introduced her to him,

"Jake, this is my sister, NingNing, and....."

I then to her and said,

"NingNing, this is Jake, my friend at school."

She just smiled at him, then we take a taxi to go back to my house, i lived alone because mom and dad are in China with NingNing, but i don't know why she's here now, Jake didn't come with us cause he said that we need some time to talk to each other, but i think i have nothing to talk to her.

When we arrived at home, she come inside with me, we then sat down on the couch in the living room, after a while, i decided to ask her,

"So tell me.....why are you suddenly coming back ?"

She sighed and said,

"You know, i'm coming back here is because i feel so lonely there, mom and dad always go to work and didn't have time for me, and also....."

She stopped for a bit before we continued,

"Also because i feel like something bad is going to happen and i'm....worry for you."

This is the first time she said that to me, i'm also surprised that she's truly worried for me, suddenly he hugged me which made me even more surprised, I had bad thoughts about her before, now I'm a bit regret about that.
