Konting disclaimer lang, note that this is a 'remake' / 'revamp' of an existing storyline na nabasa nila way back 2019 na one-shot din but according kila Ate, na-unpublish na daw itech and they wanted to relive it through me (and I'm so thankful for the trust). So if ever you find this one familiar and know that the original writer is still around, please inform me po opo. My inbox and my mind is open for taking this one down or whatever he/she prefers me to do. So, the core thingy that will be going on in here will not be wholly my idea, maybe it wouldn't even be and it'll be far from the exact scenarios that will happen and words that'll be said from the original craft.

"Leni!" isang matinis na boses ang agad na sumalubong sa kanya nang binaba siya sa tinutuluyang hotel mula sa service van nito.
"Risa?" the VP giggled as she hugged her, all smiles upon seeing the lady senator. "Bakit ka nandito?"
"Dahil sa ka-OAhan ng bebe mo," she rolled her eyes playfully. "Inutusan niya akong abangan ka rito at siguruhing nakarating ka ng maayos and everything. Alam mo, iang araw lang naman kayong di magkikita pero parang di na siya mapakali na ewan."
Hay nako, si Digong talaga. Leni only chuckled over Risa's funny sentiment.
"Anyway, kumain ka na ba?" they started walking towards the inside of the premises. "They're serving Chinese."
"Too bad but yeah, I did sort of eat already," she replied. "It was Boyet's birthday tapos pa-send off party na rin sa'kin..."
"Really? Aww, that must be nice!" she quirked. "Sana pala dumiretso na ako sa OVP kesa naghintay ako dito. Dapat andun talaga ako 'e!"
"It was a surprise, wala din akong kaalam-alam sa pakulo nila sa office, naloka ako ng slight hehe," Leni's tone was a bit sorry about the unfortunate matter.
"Kakaltukan ko talaga to bukas si PRRD pagkatapos ng seremonyas, grrr!" she growled jokingly which made Leni laugh. "Dapat pala hindi na lang ako pumayag na mag-maid of honor, hmped!"
"Hayaan mo na 'yun," they successfully entered the elevator and pressed the eighth floor button. "Sorry you had to put up with him. Nadamay ka pa."
Risa rubbed her hands on her left shoulder, "Ano ka ba, okay lang yon. Parang joke lang eh. Besides, anything for you naman, my sister-like other half. And haller, once in a lifetime lang to!"
"Well, it's not like I'm getting married for the first time," Leni lifted up the mood inside the stuffy atmosphere.
"Gosh, let it go, Leni. You are getting married for the first time because this time it's going to be different. He is different," the elevator tinged and they immediately rushed out from the elevator and continued walking.
"My fingers are crossed," she mumbled as they took steps forward towards the end of the accommodating rooms.
Risa reached a wild guess basing on Leni's tone, "Oh no, are you having cold feet?"
Agad na napalingon sa kanya ang bise na halatang naagaw nito ang kanyang atensyon, "Ha? Pinagsasasabi mo dyan..."
"Well, no need to deny naman kasi...wow..." her mantra was interrupted when Leni opened the hotel room after clicking the doorknob open. "Holy moly."
