Annabeth POV

I was torn on the inside, and tears stung my eyes. There he was, bleeding, and gasping for breath,

"Anna... beth" he gasped,

"Percy..." I said holding his hand.

"PERCY!!!" Everyone yelled, Will started ripping his shirt off and pouring nectar on his wound. Everyone else unsheathed their weapons, and Thalia walked over to the wizards and screamed,

"WHO STABBED MY COUSIN?! MEET YOUR FATE!! FIGHT ME!!" Thunder boomed, and the lake started to churn. Poseidon was angry, and Thalia was even angrier. Nico called upon undead warriors, and walked up to where Thalia was standing. He was giving his death stare, and the rest of the demigods walked up to where they were standing,

"FIGHT US COWARD!!!" Nico screamed, I saw Percy, he was grimacing in pain as Will slowly inched the sword out.

"Percy, bear with me." he said gritting his teeth,

"AARGHH!!!!!!!!!" Percy yelled in agony,

"No. NO!" I yelled unable to bear the pain. I looked at the water, and it looked like it was beckoning to me. Of course! The water! I looked at Will who had stopped what he was doing and staring at me. I looked over at Nico and yelled,

"NICO!!! Help me put his body in the water!!" Nico realized what could happen, and quickly ran over with the Stolls. Everyone else forgot their anger, except Thalia, and helped to pick him up.

Professor McGonagall hurried over to us.

"What is the meaning of this?" She said as we picked him up,

"We're putting him in the lake." Clarisse muttered

"What?!"

"Please move," Katie sighed, and she made way for us.

"Annabeth.... I guess this is really.... agh.... bad," Percy managed to say,

"Shhh..... Percy, it's going to be fine." I whispered, and we stepped on the sandy banks of the lake.

Hermione POV

I watched as they lowered his body into the water, sword and all. Why would they do that?!

"Oi, Harry? Is- is Percy dead?" Ron asked

"I don't know, I mean if he wasn't dead, then why would they be putting him in the lake?" Harry said,

"Oh my god, are they sinking his body?!" Ginny asked,

"What will happen to their trust in us?!" Harry asked, I stepped to the front of the crowd, and watched Annabeth go down on one knee, and the others followed, but Thalia, and Nico stood, and waded into the water. They were waist deep, and had finally caught up to Percy. Then a skeleton came forward, and picked Percy up. A burst of electricity came from the sky, and hit the skeleton creating a thin layer of gold around his bones. It bowed to Nico, nodded to Thalia, and walked into the lake, holding Percy.

Of course I knew who had stabbed Percy, I didn't know however, how I was going to turn them in. I wasn't going to turn them in, because I had watched, petrified as someone in Hogwarts robes, lifted the sword magically, and stabbed him. Who was it?
