Simple Debut

Apollo's POV

At Germany.

Every end of the month we are having a family dinner, in my fathers side.

And now we are in a long dining table.

My grandfather is a famous German hotelier while my grandmother is a filipina beauty queen. They are blessed with three children. First is my dad who became a neurosurgeon and married my mom. And me as their only son.

Second is my tita Amelia, an actress who married tito Jimmy,a model.Their son Angelo, the one in auction event who married Shaira. And tita and tito's daughter Angela.

Third is my tita Aurelia, a songwriter who married tito John which is a musician. Their two daughters are Janella and Jamella. Their son is Jan Aure.

Im the only and the last one having a Williamson as surname.

" Who's the lucky one?" Angelo tease me.

I know what he is talking about.I just smile.

"What are you talking about bro?" Jan ask.

"Im asking about the auction night." nakangiting sagot ni Angelo.

I shrugged.Wala akong balak na sabihin kung sino ang pagbibigyan ko ng luna necklace.

"Ah yup.I forgot to ask that too.Tita and Tito did you know that Apollo won the bid.Imagined he bought the famous luna necklace for 2 million usd!" kwento ni Angela

"Really?" my mom unbelievably said .

"So you finally had a girl,my son?" my father happily ask.

"No." i answer.

"To whom will you give that necklace bro?" Jan teased.

Ngumiti lang ako.Di nila ako mapapaamin.

" He wont answer us, you know our brother Apollo is a private person!" wika ni Janella.

"And also a secretive one! Lets just wait and see who wore that necklace, in one of these days!" wika naman ni Jamella at sumang-ayon naman lahat.

"Anyway when will you comeback to Sweden? Are you coming with us son?" my mother ask.

Umiling ako."No mom.I need to go to the Philippines early tomorrow. I'll be at Sweden by saturday." That is three days from now.

"Make sure you'll come on saturday.Your granny want to talk to you about your responsibilities there." my father said.

I just nod for agreement.

The dinner went well.

Aria's POV

Its my debut.At kanina pa nagsisimula.

Patingin tingin ako sa paligid.Looking for someone.

Wala si bestie kasi nasa Canada ito nagtatrabaho.

Kuya Mike and Liam is busy talking to their colleague.

Only kuya Gab is at my side pero ng mapansin ko na paalis si Claire ay pinaalam ko sa kanya kaya ayun sinundan ang nagwalk out na asawa. Mukhang pinagselosan pa ako.

Nakadama ako ng lungkot. As usual nakalimutan na naman ni kuya Apollo ang birthday ko.My debut!

Ewan ko ba pero hinihintay ko talaga ang araw na ito para makita siya ulit. Pero mukhang malabo.

He said he is my prince. May prince ba na di makakapunta sa debut ng prinsesa niya? Nakakainis na nakakatampo! wika ko sa sarili.

Inabala ko na lamang ang sarili ko sa pakikipag usap sa mga kaklase at kaibigan ko hanggang sa matapos ang pagdiriwang ng birthday ko.Nagsiuwian na rin ang lahat.

"Hindi ka pa ba matutulog princess?" tanong ni kuya Liam.

"Later na kuya.Magbubukas na muna ako ng gift." palusot ko.

"Okay. akyat na ako. Mayamaya matulog ka na rin ha.Sweetdreams princess!" paalam nito bago umakyat.

Naisipan kong umupo sa may swing.Kasalukuyan pang nagliligpit ang mga nagcater.

"I think im already late!"

Parang tumigil ang mundo ko pagkarinig ng boses na iyon! My heart beats fast.

"Happy eighteenth birthday my princess!" bati ni Garett sa akin.

I pout."I thought you are not coming!"

Umupo ito sa tabi ko and kissed my forehead.

Namiss ko ang ganito.

" Im sorry Princess..." pagsusumamo nito.

I finally smile.Di ko naman talaga siya matitiis.

"You we're a woman now Avery Aria." puri niya sa akin habang titig na titig sa mukha ko.

Nakaramdam tuloy ako ng hiya.

"When you are young, around twelve you said you want to be a princess.Remember your doll with a black necklace?" wika ni Garett habang hawak ang aking kamay.

Tumango ako.

May kinuha ito sa kanyang bulsa.

"Remember what i said, i'll be your prince. And this is for you my princess." wika niya saka binuksan ang maliit na kahon.

Nanlaki ang mata ko sa nakita.

"Oh God it looks like-" bulalas ko ngunit bigla siyang nagsalita.

"They say its princess scarlets luna necklace.And i want to give it to you!"

"Garett i cant accept it! Its too expensive!" tanggi ko pero naging maagap ito.

"Im not planning even thinking to give it to others.Its for you!" wika nito saka isinuot ang kwintas sa akin." It really fits you!"

"Garett.Its too much..." naiiyak kong sabi.

Sumandal ito sa likod ng bench saka umakbay sa akin.

"It will be a reminder that im your prince and i wont take no for an answer.Its really for you my princess!"

Inihilig ko ang ulo ko sa balikat niya. "Thank you Garett.Im so happy. You dont know how happy I am now."

"Hmmm....thats good!" mahina nitong sabi.

"I am really happy.Thank you for coming!" saka ko siya sinilip.Nakapikit na ito.

Sobrang pagod siguro sa byahe.

Akma na akong tatayo ng bigla niya akong pigilan."Please stay.I want to sleep here with you!"

Bumalik ako sa pagkakahilig sa kanyang balikat habang ang kamay nito ay nakapulupot sa aking beywang.

I close my eyes and begun to sleep.

Di ko na namalayan na nakatulog na pala ako.

And paggising ko ay nasa kwarto na ako.Nakahiga sa sariling kama.

Muling hinawakan ko ang kwintas na nakasuot sa akin. Its true And im not dreaming!

And when i look at my side table i saw a teddy bear with a small notes.

Happy 18th birthday again my princess Avery.When you read it im already out, in my flight to Sweden.Til next time!
