Liam: Why should we come with you? We don't even know who you are.

Minion: My apologies. You can call me Agent Minion.

Liam: Agent Minion? *chuckles* That's a lame name.

Minion: ...

Maia: We just finished fighting some kind of monster, and we still have classes to attend.

Minion: We'll write a formal letter to your school so you can come with us.

Vesper: We're going back to our classes. We're not going with a random stranger.

Minion: Our organization has all the necessary information about the bacteria. You guys seem to have successfully created an antidote to the bacteria. With our funds and resources, we can help you eliminate and find this bacteria's origins.

Maia: ...

Rennard: How do you know about the bacteria?

Minion: As I said, our organization has all the necessary information about the bacteria. You saw what that thing could do. If you come with us, we can help each other fight that thing.

Vesper: Guys... Your call.

Maia: Fine. We'll come with you.

Aria: I guess I'm going back to school now.

Minion: No, all of you must come.

Agent Minion guided the group to an advanced flying vehicle that could camouflage. The vehicle is large enough to fit the group inside. Liam is amazed by the properties of the vehicle. He asked Agent Minion how can the vehicle could camouflage. Agent Minion answers that the vehicle uses advanced technology in the usage of the mirage element. Liam is amazed by the information.

Agent Minion drives the vehicle. The vehicle starts to levitate, and its camouflage property begins to reactivate. After a while, the vehicle floats high in the air and starts moving at high speed toward the Main Island of New Magistry.

After nearly an hour of travel, the vehicle arrived at its destination. The area is secluded, and the entrance is in between cliffs. Inside, the facility shows an advanced technology design. Aria, Arbulet, Adeline, Liam, Maia, and Vesper exits the vehicle and enters the facility.

The group is brought to a meeting room. The meeting room is not big but spacious enough to hold meaningful discussions. There is a high-tech table in the middle, surrounded by chairs. A white-haired woman with blue eyes and white pupils is sitting in the center chair. The woman introduces herself formally to the group.

Vianne: Good afternoon, fellow students. Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Vianne Armsteed. I run this advanced facility responsible for top-secret research. Our research involves tasking our secret agents with missions.

Maia: That's awesome. Let's just get to the point. Why are we here?

Vianne: That's a good question, but we'll get to it once we've told you the necessary information. We are the Ylhaya Protocol. That's the name of our organization. Ylhaya Protocol is not affiliated with any government. Our goal is to maintain peace and research our continent's history.

//The group stares at Vianne silently//

Vianne: We are aware of this bacteria you speak of. Our facility discovered this bacteria five years ago, but its age and birth date back to around nine to eight years ago. From what we know so far, this bacteria can modify the mind of the infected person. However, the process is slow, and it can be treated. But these bacteria evolve over time. The bacteria mutates and gets stronger as time passes.

Vesper: So what do you guys name this bacteria?

Vianne: We named this bacteria "Haunele Bacteria". Based on our study, people infected by this bacteria frequently get nightmares during their sleep. The bacteria haunts their mind. Our recent studies show that this bacteria can now make the infected person violent.

Arbulet: Zed...

Vianne: On May 6, 545, we discovered that it seems to be the mutation of Haunele Bacteria. It has the form of a humanoid shape, and it's bigger than an average human.

Adeline: May 6... It's almost a month. Because today is June 5...

Maia: That's Vesper's birthday!

Aria: Is that shadow figure that attacked the city of Dark Island?

Vianne: We call it "The Epidemic". It's no longer just bacteria. It's now a powerful being. It's capable of powerful magic and maximizes its use to spread Haunele Bacteria. We don't know its origin or exclusive properties, but we first found it on Nature Island. After we discovered its location, it disappeared as it did after the attack on the city of Dark Island. Our agents suffered mental damage after looking at its glaring red eyes, and they have to take a rest for them to recover.

Arbulet: They suffered mental damage... How come we are normal?

Aria: Yeah, its eyes only showed our fears.

Vianne: That's a thing we don't know yet. That's why you are here. We need your help to gather information about The Epidemic. Maia Lindholm, Aged 16. You've created an exceptional medicine to cure Haunele Bacteria.

Maia: I've only created perfumes that help ease the mind of patients.

Vianne: You are correct. Rennard Connor, Aged 17. Maia helped you create the perfect weapon against The Epidemic.

Rennard: That antidote potion?

Vianne: Yes. This weapon made The Epidemic stop its destruction in the city. This weapon can also be used to cure people infected by the Haunele Bacteria more effectively. However, can I ask why you are not in school while fighting The Epidemic alone?

Rennard: Well... During the weekend, I was practicing my alchemy skills, and I studied the bacteria sample. I'm close to tracing its origin place, but suddenly, the bacteria sample glows in red color the flask it was on exploded. The bacteria started to have dark energy surrounding it, and it escaped my room. I spent the entire weekend trying to make an antidote against it. So I planned to skip school today to find the bacteria. When I found it in the sewers, it became violent, and it started to become bigger until it became destructive.

Vianne: I see. From what we know so far, there can be only one Epidemic at a time, and it seems to be using the bacteria as waypoints. Your experiment with the bacteria must have triggered the bacteria to force The Epidemic to use it as a waypoint. Although this is just a theory, that information is precious.

Arbulet: So what are we going to do now?

Vianne: Rennard Connor, Maia Lindholm, Aria Corleone, and Adele Lynn Ambrosia will stay with us here in this facility to produce weapons against The Epidemic.

Liam: What about us?

Liam: Agent Kirbrine, huh? That's cool. At least it's better than Agent Minion's name.
