32: Awakening

Everyone inside the Temple of the Leech Dragon can hear and feel the tremors. With this information, everyone heads in the direction of the tremors they felt and heard. As a result of a conflict between Armon and Adrian, the temple is beginning to tremble more frequently.

Rennard walks to the altar's center, where Aria is imprisoned. From the outside, Rennard can see Aria. Aria's body is motionless, but she can move her eyes and lips. Rennard consoles Aria by speaking to her. Rennard assures her that he will find a method to break through the barrier that is keeping Aria confined.

Adrian appears to be in command of the mystical beast called Leech Dragon. Adrian has transformed into this terrifying and menacing beast capable of absorbing and consuming life. Armon, on the other hand, is not intimidated by the beast. Armon assaults the Leech Dragon with the strength of Crimson Chaos, while the Leech Dragon attacks with mystical abilities.

The Leech Dragon notices Rennard attempting to breach the barrier that encloses Aria. More leech creatures are sent by the Leech Dragon to assault Rennard and prevent him from attempting to release Aria. Rennard fights the leech creatures with his gear while attempting to free Aria from the confinement.

Armon casts a powerful chaos spell that he upgrades to Crimson Chaos. "Chaos of the Storm" is the name of this spell. This spell produces a dark storm filled with dark chaos energy that strikes the target several times in an instant. The dark storm has been transformed into a scarlet storm with crimson thunders, thanks to the power of Crimson Chaos. The attack has become more powerful, yet it has nearly taken Armon's life energy.

The Leech Dragon appears to have been harmed by Armon's spell. Armon was attacked by the Leech Dragon using psychic magic. Adrian enhanced the psychic magic attack by absorbing Crimson Chaos Energy from Aria. The Leech Dragon glows intensely red and unleashes a psychic blast that spreads across the temple.

The Leech Dragon has infiltrated everyone's mind in the temple. Armon is struggling to fight The Leech Dragon in his mind. Vianne, Maia, Arbulet, Liam, and Vesper have stopped running in the temple since The Leech Dragon's psychological onslaught has infiltrated their minds. Rennard fell from the ceiling because his mind was also infiltrated, causing him to lose control of his flight. Rennard lost control of himself as the leech monsters began to attack Rennard's body.

Aria sees Rennard being attacked by the leech creatures. Aria is the only one who is not affected by The Leech Dragon's psychic blast since she is trapped inside a tremendous barrier created by Adrian himself. Aria is desperate to break free from the bind and save Rennard.

Aria's silver seal has been breached by her desire to save everyone. Aria's Crimson Chaos Energy coursed throughout her body. Aria's eyes glow in bright red and her hands are filled with bright Crimson Chaos particles. Aria swiftly breaks through the barrier and is free of the constraint. Aria radiates a red and crimson glow.

Aria uses her Crimson Chaos abilities to safeguard herself from the Leech Dragon's psychological assaults. Aria fires a devastating magical projectile consisting of pure Crimson Chaos Energy at the Leech Dragon, causing the beast to vanish instantly and Adrian to emerge from the beast. The psychic attack is also stopped which leaves everyone's mind to be exhausted.

Adrian: I-Impossible... This power of Crimson Chaos... Is this...

Aria: ...

Adrian: You're weak and exhausted. Your life energy is gradually depleting. You won't have the urge to fight me. So let me finish this for you.

Adrian attempts to consume Aria's Crimson Chaos Power by absorbing her life force, but Aria's Crimson Chaos Power guards her against Adrian's magical attacks. Aria releases a ray of crimson light from her hands, attempting to take Adrian's life energy as well. Adrian fights back while slowly reverting to the Leech Dragon beast.

Vianne, on the other hand, has arrived in the altar room and summons a blue light in the shape of a goat. The light attacks and enters Adrian Lynch's body, causing Adrian to be blown away. Vianne has seen Armon and Aria use their Crimson Chaos powers to save their lives.

Aria floats with the power of Crimson Chaos Energy. Aria levitates close to Adrian, preparing to assassinate him. However, The Epidemic mysteriously appeared and took Adrian with him before disappearing together. Aria has witnessed The Epidemic save Adrian and has escaped. Aria's aura faded, her blazing eyes reverted to normal, and she collapsed to the ground. 

Armon, Vianne, and Rennard rush to catch Aria as she falls. Aria is successfully rescued from the fall, although she remains unconscious. Vianne checks up and analyzes Aria. Aria's life energy is nearly drained, according to Vianne. Crimson Chaos' energy is still coursing through her veins and body.

Armon notices that Aria's hands did not turn dark, unlike Armon who used the power of the Crimson Chaos and got his hands and body slowly consumed by black magic. Armon believes they must return to Water Island right away to execute a crucial ceremony and meditation to recast the silver seal and assist Aria in regaining her energy.

Everyone else has reached the altar room, but the battle has already ended. Aria is unconscious, as seen by Liam, Arbulet, Maia, and Vesper. Rennard feels terrible for not being strong enough to protect Aria. Armon departs with Aria's unconscious body to fly back to the city of Dark Island to find their cousin Ritchie.
