10: The Arrival to New Magistry

In an attempt to fight a dark monster from another world, scientists modified a device meant to serve as an animatronic body of a wind fairy. The crystal shard in the animatronic's core is glowing in purple and emits a vast amount of electrical energy. 

Due to the device being rushed to be modified, the device was sent to the battlefield regardless of glitches and bugs present in the animatronic body. The device malfunctioned and caused a massive explosion, causing every electrical device on the land to be shut down. Another result of the explosion was that massive thunderstorms began appearing on the land. It stormed and caused more destruction to the land of Magistry. The dark monster from another world has fled the land due to the thunderstorms.

Arcadia, the current ruler of Magistry Kingdom, holds the Mystic Crystal in an attempt to stop the thunderstorm. The mystic crystal is one of the most powerful and legendary elemental crystals in the world that possess great energy and the power of gods.

However, her knowledge of the power of Mystic Crystal is not enough to stop the unstable and continuous thunderstorms in the land. Arcadia has no choice but to evacuate the remaining people of Magistry Kingdom.

Arcadia created a ship and boarded all the remaining survivors of destruction. The ship traveled west for many days in search of new land. Arcadia and the survivors defended the ships from sea monsters for weeks.

One day, the ship arrived on a new continent with no kingdoms present. Arcadia claimed the land as theirs and established the New Magistry. Arcadia commanded all the survivors to explore the continent and find their new home.

One of the survivors is named Adrian Lynch. He was a great swordsman at Magistry before they evacuated from it. Adrian's only family member with him is his twin brother named, Allan Lynch. Allan Lynch is a powerful sorcerer knowledgeable about magic, especially in mystics. 

Allan and Adrian promised to meet each other at the center island of the continent after exploring different islands. Adrian explored the island with a dark cloud and gloomy environment, while Allan explored the island with a giant volcano and bountiful nature. 

Adrian explored the gloomy island and found a giant temple. The surrounding area of the temple has unstable elemental energy, but thanks to his brother's teachings about magics, Adrian learned how to craft a potion that enables him to survive in an unstable environment.

Adrian explored the temple and found a giant altar surrounded by dark blue smoke and blue light. Adrian's potion doesn't work on the smoke, and it appears to have a greater amount of energy. The smoke takes the form of a dragon and starts attacking Adrian. Adrian's swordsmanship does not affect the dragon because it's made up of smoke.

Adrian could only use magical items his brother gave to fight the dragon. However, the potion he used to survive in an unstable environment is starting to have its effects wear off. Adrian dropped to the ground, struggling to breathe and move his body. The smoke glows in bright blue and starts entering Adrian's body.

Allan, on the other hand, encountered a witch on the island with a volcano. Allan discovered a cave with a living witch inside. Based on Allan's knowledge, the witch appears to be a Crimson Witch, a powerful witch capable of spontaneous magic and chaotic power. The Crimson Witch wants to absorb Allan's life force, but as a Sorcerer, Allan knows how to defend himself.

Allan needs to slay the Crimson Witch as it can pose a threat to the survivors of Magistry. After battling with the witch, Allan has contained the witch in an unbreakable magic spell. The witch has no choice but to cast her final spell on Allan.

The witch echoed the words "ego sum vermiculus pythonissam chaos. The Crimson Witch of Chaos shall curse your bloodline. Liberi tui detur magicae meae, quae mentem eorum corrumpet et quod incepi perficiet."

The witch transferred her life force to Allan. Allan could not use the power of the Crimson Witch, which made him puzzled. After exploring the island, Allan and Adrian met at the center island of New Magistry. Arcadia cleared one more last obstacle to the center island to make it perfectly habitable. Arcadia buried a glowing metal shard present in the center of the island. After burying the shard, seven pillars of light appeared across the continent. The pillars of light are glowing in cerulean blue, and blue smokes surround the pillars of light. 

The pillars of light disappeared after a few minutes. The survivors are curious about the pillars of light, but Arcadia tells the survivors that they have much more to learn about the new land they have discovered. Arcadia officially established the New Magistry Kingdom, and the center island will now be called Main Island. The surrounding islands will be named according to the most abundant element in their lands. 

The surrounding islands are Fire Island, Nature Island, Wind Island, Ice Island, Nature Island, Dark Island, and Sand Island. 

Allan questions Adrian if he is alright because Adrian feels off lately. Adrian says that they should live on Dark island because he explored the land to be similar to their home in Magistry. Allan knows that Adrian dodged his question, but Allan agrees anyways.

Allan studied the Crimson Witch's curse that was cast into him. He reviewed and recalled all of his knowledge and found out that the curse would affect his future generation and not himself. According to the curse, the Crimson Witch of Chaos transferred her power to Allan's blood, but the curse will only begin once a child is born to him. The curse will give the child powerful crimson chaos magic, similar to the power of the Crimson Witch that Allan has killed. The Crimson Chaos Magic tempts users into doing unrightful things and slowly corrupting their minds. The blood curse will also pass to their child and their future generation as well.

Allan fears that the world will be taken over by the people coming from his own blood, so Allan studied the concept of chaos magic even more and learned the spell of Silver Seal. The Silver Seal can suppress the user from using chaos magic. Allan cast this seal into his blood so his future generation would have Silver Seal activated at birth. The Silver Seal is not permanent and unbreakable. The Silver Seal can still be broken by tampering with it or, in certain situations, can accidentally break the seal.

After many years, Allan had three children, and Allan trained them to use magic correctly to prevent the breaking of their silver seal. Allan also avoids talking about their blood curse so the children won't be curious about chaos magic and even think about using it.

Adrian learned about the blood curse of Allan and tried to use that knowledge against him. Adrian couldn't control his mind properly anymore ever since the incident of him fighting the smoke dragon. It was like his mind had been corrupted by the smoke dragon.

Adrian tells the story of the blood curse to Allan's eldest son. Adrian tells his nephew about the curse in their blood. Adrian antagonizes Allan, later convincing his nephew that Allan is preventing them from using great power.

The silver seal on Allan's eldest son broke. Crimson light began to surround the son. The son used the power of crimson chaos to fight his father. Allan has no choice but to kill his son because it's impossible to contain his raged son and recast the silver seal on him. Angered, Allan decided to punish his brother Adrian for manipulating Allan's son's mind. Allan casts a crystal spell that imprisons Adrian inside a crystal, which prevents him from escaping or using his power. Allan buried the crystal somewhere to avoid his brother escaping.

Allan realized that hiding the truth from his children would not do a good thing, so Allan has to explain their blood curse to his children and teach them about the silver seal in case one of their future generations has their silver seal broken.
