Anakin watched over Cain's shoulder as he tapped away at his datapad. Cain had recieved another mission, as it was about time, from the Chancellor. He had been sent to Illum as there had been a report of a small Separatist force getting closer to the entrance of the sacred caves. It was making Gatherings harder and more dangerous than it should be for the Jedi and their Younglings.

"Is it a solo mission?" Anakin asked as he searched for that bit of information on the screen. Cain nodded and grabbed a piece of fruit from the small basket Ahsoka had brought in. He took a bite and realised he should be eating more fruit if he wanted to life a longer life.

Anakin sighed and leaned on the counter they sat at. "That sucks. I wonder what Ahsoka and I will do in the time you're gone," Anakin wondered and grabbed his most likely fifth piece of fruit. Anakin's comm chimed. "Yes, Master Windu?" He said into the small device.

"Your presence has been requested by the Council. And I know you have Cain there, so bring him too. It's important," Master Windu's voice said from the other end.

"We'll be there soon." Anakin ended the communication. "C'mon, let's go."

"I never really had a liking to Master Windu," Cain said absent-mindedly and read the information about his mission.

"I don't really either." Anakin nudged him. "We better get moving." Anakin went to his room to get changed into his Jedi robes. Cain sighed and put his datapad down, then grabbed his armour off the couch it had been left on all night. He changed in the refresher, the familiar feeling of the weight of his armour easing tension he didn't know he had.

Anakin waited at the door of the quarters and Cain put his helmet on. They walked the way without much of a word.

"Anakin, we request you to lead the 501st into battle on Umbara," Master Windu said. "And Cain, we want you to aid Obi-Wan Kenobi."

Cain hesitated slightly before answering. "Yes sir," he confirmed. "Will this clash with the mission the Chancellor gave me?"

"We need you to go immediately."

Great, just what Cain needed. He now needed a clone of himself, no matter how ironic that seemed in this war, to please two people. The Chancellor would probably understand that he was urgently needed on the battlefield.

"What did the Chancellor need you to do?" Master Windu asked, seemingly being suspicious.

"Take care of a small Separatist force on Illum," Cain answered casually. He then froze. Illum was the home of kyber crystals, where Jedi get theirs. Why would the Chancellor ask him to do that and not the Jedi Council?

"The Chancellor asked that of you?"

"Y-yes sir."

Master Windu thought for a moment, leaning over in his chair. "Even though it is highly irregular, I will allow you to complete this mission before setting off for Umbara."

"Thank you, sir."

"When you come back, we will give you more information about your needed presence in Umbara. Be quick."

Cain nodded in understanding.

Anakin was about to leave with Cain as he didn't want to be there.

"Skywalker, stay here you must. Brief you of the mission, we need," Grandmaster Yoda spoke up. Anakin stopped in his tracks and looked extremely unimpressed.

Cain went down the lift alone. As soon as he reached the main floors, he bolted off to get one of the clone starfighters as he didn't have one of his own. He let himself Force-Jump into it, not caring who saw.
