Cain Kenobi was nearly dragging his twin sister, Alyssa Kenobi, along. The mission had nearly gone terribly wrong. Sephinroth Yesek followed them, dragging himself. Cain was the one who was in the best shape. The worst injury he sustained was a fractured arm, which he was making worse by helping Alyssa.

"C'mon, c'mon we're nearly there," Cain ground out between painful breaths. Maybe he had broken ribs as well.

Sephinroth grunted in reply and Alyssa was nearly unconscious. The ship they had taken was just up ahead, about one hundred metres away. No enemies in sight. It seemed like an easy straight run to it.

Every metre they trudged along felt like a year. And every metre they trudged along Cain felt himself slipping into the cold embrace of unconsciousness. He bit his lip in an attempt in keeping himself awake, like that was going to be a practical strategy with the pain he was already in.

Seventy-five metres to go. Cain readjusted his grip on his sister and checked on Sephinroth. He was breathing heavily and his left hand seemed to just hang. Most likely a broken wrist.

Fifty metres. Cain felt like passing out. Alyssa had fallen completely unconscious and Sephinroth seemed like he was now on the verge. Cain grabbed out his comm and keyed Chancellor Valorum's comm frequency.

Twenty-five metres. The comm took ages to pick up. The Chancellor's voice was full of static and Cain could barely understand him through everything. All Cain said was 'help'.

Ten metres. Cain had to catch Sephinroth as he fell unconscious. Cain put him on the ground carefully and got Alyssa to the ship's ramp, and then picked Sephinroth up and put him on the ramp as well. Cain quickly slapped a bacta patch on the biggest open wound on his arm and leg, and then devoted his attention to his sister and best friend. He dragged them to the lounge and got every single medical supply out. He spread them out on a small table nearby and got to work.

He gave himself a pain suppressant and then one to Sephinroth and Alyssa, even though they weren't conscious, for just in case they woke up. He wrapped up injuries and put splinters where needed, keeping broken limbs straight. Once he deemed them done and put them in more comfortable positions, he started patching himself up.

The fracture in his arm was really starting to show now, the horrible bruise surrounding it. He smeared some bacta gel on it and wrapped it up. He checked the bacta patch on his leg. It was now soaked in blood and starting to drip down his leg again, going over the dried blood of the previous bleeding. He cleaned it and put a heaped amount of bacta on it, a bacta patch and then wrapped it.

Once he was done checking himself over and patching himself up, he heavily breathed out and sank against the wall next to his team-mates. The likelihood of them getting out of the planet's atmosphere was seeming less likely with the condition everyone was in. The only conscious one was close to passing out, and found it too dangerous to attempt to leave the atmosphere lest he pass out.

Cain felt himself drifting off to sleep. No, he needed to stay awake. For Alyssa and Sephinroth's survival. The urge was too strong, and Cain fell into a deep sleep.

Faint beeping surrounded Alyssa as she woke up. She felt groggy and suddenly had a strong urge to vomit. She tried to supress it, but let it out all over the floor next to her bed. This alerted the medics of her and they immediately rushed to her side. They tried to comfort her, saying everything was okay, but all she really was looking for was Cain and Sephinroth. She couldn't see them.

She let out a cry and tried to get the nurses away from her. She needed to see her brother and friend. The nurses pinned her down and started applying straps to her arms and legs. She managed to get an arm free and Force-Pushed the medics on her right aside. They all shouted to each other and before Alyssa knew it, all of her limbs where stapped down.

"Where's my brother!?!" Alyssa screamed. One of the medics at her side had a syringe ready to inject into her neck. She attempted to ask again, but instead cried out when the syringe plunged into her neck. Her breathing slowed down and she was put to sleep.
