Reincarnation AU. The Hashira have met back up and are collectively keeping their eyes out for any reincarnated demons.
Rengoku calls in, he found Akaza.
The issue?
Akaza is currently 4 years old.
The rest of the Hashira meet up to inspect the situation, and sure enough, there is a child that looks remarkably like Akaza and even has birthmarks in similar shapes to his demon markings. The kid is dropped off at a daycare and the Hashira agree to go in and check up on the place.
Imagine their shock when they are greeted by the entire ranks of the demon moons, all in child form. And mostly clinging to a specific daycare worker who looks up at their entry.
"Oh! Hello! How are you! Are you registering a new kiddo?"
The man puts down the kid Akaza and brushes off his baby blue apron before stepping over various toys and toddlers to reach the register and smile at them. He has an unmistakable birthmark and crimson red hair and eyes.
"I'm Kamado Tanjiro, welcome to Blue Skies Daycare!"
