Liz and the boys go see Kevin and Dean's banging on the door and he says, "Kevin, open up! Kevin!" Kevin opens the door not looking so good and he has a frying pan in his hands. Dean says, "Whoa! Whoa. Geez. What's going on? What's with the S.O.S?" Liz and the boys walk inside, and Kevin says, "It's him." Sam says, "It's who?" Kevin says, "Crowley." Liz says, "What about him?" Kevin says, "He's in my head." Sam slowly says, "He's... in your head." Kevin frustratedly says, "Do you know what that means?" Dean says, "Yeah, it means we need to up your anxiety meds. Kevin, you're dreaming. Look, if Crowley knew where you were, he'd do a hell of a lot more than mess with your head." Sam says, "All right, where's Garth?" Kevin says, "On a case or-- or the dentist. I don't know. I haven't heard from him." Liz says, "Okay, well, what did you want to tell us that you couldn't say on the phone?" Dean says, "And would you put the drying pan down, please?" Kevin puts down the frying pan and he says, "I translated the second trial from the tablet." Dean says, "You... crazy prophet, you. Nice work!" Kevin says, "And if Crowley's in my head, he knows." As Liz thinks that Kevin's right about Crowley being in his head, Sam and Dean says, "He's not in your head, Kevin." Sam says, "It's okay. Just... we know you're distressed. Just stay with us, all right? What's the second trial?" Kevin says, "An innocent soul has to be rescued from hell and delivered unto heaven." Dean says, "What?" Kevin says, "'Unto.' That's how God talks." Sam says, "Rescue a soul from hell? Like actually... go to hell? How-- how do you get a soul unto heaven? I mean, how do you even get a soul out of hell?" Liz says, "We're gonna need an expert." They then go to a crossroad and summon a crossroads demon. A demon appears and says, "Winchesters and Singer." They then bring the demon to an abandoned warehouse and torture him for answers. The demon says, "I ain't got nothing." Dean says, "Oh?" The demon says, "Bite me." Dean says, "Well, then how about another owie?" Dean pours holy water on the demon, and he screams. Liz says, "You know, wouldn't it be a lot easier just to tell us how to enter hell, uh, uninvited?" The demon says, "It's... a secret." Dean says, "We promise we won't tell anyone." As Sam unscrews the top of the flask, the demon says, "No! Wait. I can't. It's forbidden, guys. They're gonna kill me." Sam pours the holy water and the demon screams. The demon says, "Please... all right, look... for a price, Y'all can be smuggled across hell's border." Liz says, "By who?" The demon says, "Rogue Reapers. They got secret ways, in and out. Not just hell-- the veil, heaven." Sam says, "Rogue Reapers smuggling people?" The demon says, "People, souls..." Sam says, "So, what? They're like hell coyotes?" The demon nods and says, "Now kill me. Come on, guys. Better death than Crowley." Dean nods and says, "Hmm. Good point. But first you're gonna tell us... everything." Later, they go meet the Reaper named Ajay and Dean says, "Ajay. Need to talk to you for a sec." Ajay says, "You know my name." Sam nods and says, "And what you do. We want to do business." Ajay looks at Sam and Dean and says, "But you two are mortal-- flesh and blood. Except her." Sam says, "But if we wanted to cross the border into hell--" Dean cuts Sam off and says, "Visitor's pass." Ajay says, "No one wants to get into hell." Liz says, "But could a coyote like you, do it?" Ajay says, "It's possible. But I have special skills. I have overhead. It will be pricy." Dean says, "How pricey?" Ajay says, "You three are resourceful. One day, you will owe me a favor." Sam says, "You say that like you know us." Ajay says, "Of course. You two are the Winchesters and she's Bobby Singer's daughter." Dean says, "Sorry. Have we met?" Ajay says, "I am the Reaper who took Bobby Singer to hell." Liz and the boys widen their eyes and Liz says, "My dad's in hell? We burned his bones. Once we did that, it was over. End of story." Ajay says, "Hmm... not necessarily." Dean says, "No, no, no, 'cause, see, Bobby was on the good side of things, and good guys go to the penthouse." Ajay says, "Usually, mostly. Depends on who you know, what palms get greased. If you're on the King of Hell's no-fly list, no way you cruise the friendly skies." Dean says, "Crowley. Okay, let's do this. How much for three tickets down and four back?" Sam says, "Dean." Dean says, "What?" Sam says, "Come here." Sam pulls Liz and Dean aside and Sam looks at Dean and says, "What the hell are you thinking?" Dean says, "You heard the guy-- Bobby's in hell. We're gonna spring him." Sam says, "We've gone over this, Dean. I have to do the trials solo." Dean says, "This is Bobby we're talking about, Sam. Now let's face it-- you have not exactly been up to full speed lately, okay? We got one shot at this. We can't miss." Sam moves his jacket to the side to show them the demon blade and he says, "I'm not gonna miss. I'll bring him back." Sam walks to Ajay and says, "I'm in, just me." Ajay says, "Follow me." Liz walks up to Ajay and says, "Wait. How does this... work?" Ajay says, "Not to fret. He'll be back in exactly 24 hours' time. Return for him then." Liz and Dean watch them leave and Liz grabs Dean's hand and rubs her thumb against his hand to reassure him. Dean gently squeezes Liz's hand, and she softly smiles. Later, Liz and Dean go back to Kevin and bring him food. They walk in and Dean says, "Yo, Kev, it's me and Liz! Kevin." A door opens and the couple turns around to see Kevin. Kevin says, "I believe the closet would be the safest." Dean says, "Safe from what?" Kevin says, "Crowley. He's in my head, guys. And if he's in my head, he knows where I am! You know, we-- we should move out. We'll find another place." As Liz goes to speak, Dean says, "Geez, Kev, would you chill out, huh? Have a burger." Dean holds out a burger and Dean continues says, "Come on. Don't lose it on me now, dude." Kevin comes out of the closet and Dean says, "There you go. That's it." Dean places the food on the table and brings out the fries. Kevin says, "Just tell me when this all ends, 'cause that's the only thing I want to hear." Dean says, "No, like I told you before, this isn't going to end. Look, man, other guys, they got it easy, you know? It's all backyard barbecues and... bowling teams, but you, Liz, and me? We got to carry a little extra weight." Kevin says, "I can't take it." Dean says, "Yes, you can. Hey, look at me. Now, this whole thing sucks. I know. But you suck it up and you push through because that's what we do. And when you get on board with that, the ride is a lot smoother. French fry?" Kevin grabs the tray with the drink, fries, and pie and says, "I'm gonna-- I'm gonna be in my room. Let me know when there's a good day." Dean frowns and says, "That's my pie." Kevin closes his door and Liz grabs her pie and says, "You can have mine." Dean smiles and grabs it and softly pecks Liz's lips and says, "Thank you." Liz nods with a smile and bites into her burger.
